Kingdra is a giant seahorse Pokemon. It is the final evolved form of Horsea and the evolved form of Seadra.

- Mio Akiyama owns a Kingdra nicknamed Seasea, it evolved from Seadra after accidentally sucking up a Dragon Scale into its mouth and evolved into Kingdra because of it, upon evolution, it learned Draco Meteor after it was exposed from the Dragon Scale it sucked up previously.
