Story[]
With Liam[]
As of Friend and Foe Alike, Liam revealed to have caught the Aerodactyl that he had revived from an Old Amber in Grandpa Canyon, and chose not to reveal it until his League battle with Melissa. He was selected as his first Pokemon to battle Slowbro, where he used the speed to outmaneuver Slowbro with Rock Slide but was stopped by Psychic, he regained his composure and dodged Hydro Pump before being recalled for Poliwhirl.
After Poliwhirl tied against Slowbro, he was sent back in to battle Pinsir, he used its carnivore instincts by using saw blade-like teeth to break through Stone Edge, he then dodged Guillotine by flying into the air and defeated the Stag Beetle Pokemon with Fly. He stayed in against Golem, but none of its attacks could lay a dent on the Megaton Pokemon after using Rock Slide and later Dragon Claw. Eventually, he was ultimately defeated by Seismic Toss, knocking him out.
He was later sent out alongside Twitter to look for Ash, and they escorted him for his battle with Ritchie, he was later recalled due to his exhaustion.
He was sent out in Bound For Trouble to locate Pikachu and Meowth but to no avail. By the end of Orange Islands in The Rivalry Revival! he left him at Oak's lab. He was temporarily brought and sent out in Mountain Time to help with the rescue.
In Extreme Pokémon, he was temporarily brought to the team to compete in the Extreme Pokemon Race.
In Fangs For Nothin', he teamed up with Barbara in the rematch against Clair who used Charizard and Aerodactyl, after exchanging blows on Charizard, the force of the collision of Shadow Claw against Dragon Claw resulted in a draw as it knocked out both Pokemon.
He was used against his battle with Brina.

Personality and characteristics[]
Initially, Aerodactyl was once violent and hostile after being revived and went on a rampage those due to his carnivorous nature. But upon being captured by Liam, his traits seemed to have mellowed and loves to battle as shown in Friend and Foe Alike. He is also very adept at flying and is very agile in battle and possesses amazing strength and power. He also has a soft side as shown in Extreme Pokémon when he was concerned about Miki who had injured her arm, leaving her out of commission, and was willing to carry her for medical treatment.
