This Jumpluff is one of Liam's Pokemon he owns, and his second Pokemon that he caught in Johto.

Story[]

As a wild Pokemon[]

She first appeared as a Hoppip in A Sappy Ending when her leaf had wilted, so Azusa and Liam helped the Cottonweed Pokemon out by getting Ton-chan II to spray water on it to refresh its leaves.

By the end of the episode, Hoppip decided that she wishes to join Liam's team to which he accepts, so that she can help out with Pokemon battles.

In Fighting Flyer with Fire, Liam chose her against Fearow as his second Pokemon after Sentret was defeated, she used Cotton Guard to nullify Drill Peck, and used Attract to immobilize Fearow who was male, she weakened it with Bullet Seed, before defeating him with Tackle. She was used against Honckhrow, but she was quickly defeated in one hit by Heat Wave.

As Skiploom[]

As Jumpluff[]

In Bulbasaur... the Ambassador, she and Turnip saw a group of Hoppip, Skiploom and its own species floating the winds.

By the end of the episode, Liam respected her wish and decided to release Jumpluff that she can ride the winds to migrate and start a family with Turnip, he gave a heart-warming goodbye to her as they drifted off to the winds.

Personality and characteristics[]

When she was a Hoppip, she is shown to be quite curious and is shown to be quite happy-go-lucky since her capture. She also has an interest into Pokemon battles and is very agile, capable of outmaneuvering her opponents with her floating and hovering abilities. She carried on this trait after evolving into Skiploom, and is shown to be the air sentry of his team since its Flying typing.
