Madame Medusa (also simply known as Medusa) is the main antagonist of Disney's 23rd full-length animated feature film The Rescuers. She is the opprobrious and manipulative proprietor of a pawn shop in New York City, which she uses as a cover for her criminal endeavors. She also has the two alligators named Brutus and Nero as her pets, and Mr. Snoops as her human henchman.

- In Ash's Adventures of The Rescuers, it is revealed that she and her assistant Snoops have been arrested and sent to jail for their crimes.
- Additionally in PrimeForce1's version, after her swamp-mobile is captured in one piece by International Rescue thanks to Penny driving it into Pod 4, Brains is shown in a after-credits scene to have been making modifications to the vehicle for future use as a Pod Vehicle that can operate on the surface of lakes and oceans as well as on dry land. Dubbed as Thunderbird 7 for its dual purposes and its increased size, it is primarily operated by either Gordon Tracy or Lana, but in later years on occasion when the two are absent, a older Penny can be summoned to operate as the craft's driver.
