Major Chip Hazard, leader of the Commando Elite
Major Chip Hazard is the main antagonist of the 1998 Dreamworks live-action film Small Soldiers. He is an action figure and the leader of the Commando Elite, a unit of soldiers whose goal is to destroy the Gorgonites.
