Maria (Energy Monster)

Maria AKA the Energy Monster

The Energy Monster, or Maria as she prefers to be called, is a recurring villain from the series. She is a large, bipedal monster made entirely of static electricity, and expands each time she sucks energy from or touches something electronic (e.g. electric wires, a radio, or a computer). The Energy Monster was created by accident when a ball of static energy in an electric plant went haywire, forcing the employees to bombard it with radiation, thus creating the electric creature. She is equivalent to Electro from Spider-Man (and Kremzek from Transformers).
