Marie Feodorovna
Dowager Empress Marie Feodorovna is a supporting protagonist in the Don Bluth's animated film Anastasia. Based on the real Russian empress of the same name, Marie is the mother of Tsar Nicholas II and the grandmother of Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov. She was seperated from her family during the Bolshevik Revolution, leaving her currently in Paris, France. Though she believed she was conned by the con man Dimitri, she eventually realized Anastasia's presence, her only living relative, reuniting with her after their long seperation.
