Mayor Lionheart

Leodore Lionheart is the Mayor of Zootopia in the film of the same name.

His voice actor, J.K. Simmons, also voiced Ford on Gravity Falls, as well as Kai in fellow 2016 animated film, Kung Fu Panda 3, as well as Tenzin in The Legend of Korra.
Lionheart is also best friends with J. Jonah Jameson.
He will meet Yoshi Dinosaur for the first time in Yoshi Goes to Zootopia and he will later be released after Yoshi believes him for doing the wrong thing for the right reason in order to protect the city. He'll later join Yoshi in Yoshi Meets Mufasa: The Lion King and will be a permanent part of the Yoshi's Adventures Herd.
