[The film starts with ???

[It is nighttime in Detroit. A silver car speeds down the road, driven by Team Rocket. Their car is being followed by a police helicopter]
Meowth: Faster, Jessie! Drive faster!
James: Speed up, Jess! (shakes the driver) If they catch us with it, we are done for!
Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet!
[Jessie slaps away James' and Meowth's hands and slams on the brakes. The car screeches to a halt outside the Autobot Earthbase in Detroit.]
Meowth: What are you doing?!
Jessie: You're right, guys. We've got to hide the thing where we can find it later. There! (points to the bush) The bushes!
(The police chopper is closing in. Its searchlight sweeps back and forth across the road, seeking Team Rocket. As they hid the jar of Twivine's DNA in the bushes, the chopper draws closer still. Team Rocket hurry back to their getaway vehicle.)
Meowth: Nice save!
Jessie: Yep, we'll come back for it when the heats off. Soon with Twivine's DNA, we'll have the perfect Pokemon creation!
James: (buckling his seat belt) And we'll be rich!
Wobbuffet: Wobba!
Jessie: (looking down the road) Hey! What happened to the road?
(An ominous fog has suddenly rolled in. Team Rocket's car is approached by Dan Phantom. We can't see him, but we can see his shadow on the hood of the car.)
Dan Phantom: Give me that DNA, or suffer my vengance!
James and Meowth: Vengence?
Jessie: What vengance?
(The Ghostly Wail is heard approaching them.)
Team Rocket: [screaming]
(The Ghostly Wail sends Team Rocket into the sky)
Team Rocket: We're blasting off again!
Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet!
[Dan Phantom takes the jar of Twivine's DNA from the bushes and flies off. The police chopper passes by, still searching for Team Rocket. Meliah in her pajamas opens the window and looks outside of the base]
Meliah Messina: What's going on out there?

Perch Perkins (EG): Outrage in the Canterlot Natural History Museum tonight as it was discovered that both the jar of the DNA of Twivine Sparkle worth a million dollars and the pendant shards of the Dazzlings has been stolen, and replaced by cardboard cutout replicas. There is panic throughout the multiverse as countries, dimensions, and citizens try to protect their beloved landmarks, artifacts, and prized possesssions. Law enforcement still has on leads, leaving everyone to wonder: Which of the world's supervillain is responsible for this heinous crime? And where will he strike next?

Agent P's mission/Danny's efforts/Only You Can Be You[]
[It is early morning in Detroit, and cuts to the outside of the Autobot Earthbase. Perry arrives outside of the base, he looks around and the coast is clear. He stands up and puts on his fedora. He sneaks inside the base and runs to the door of Lance Lunis' bedroom, he presses some of the stickers and they turn green. The doorknob glows and opens the door, revealing an entrance to Perry's lair. He goes through and enters the lair. Lance opens his bedroom door and looks around curiously]
Lance Lunis: Hmm...
[Scene cuts to Perry's lair, Perry walks over to the big screen, he sits down on his chair and pushes the button. Major Monogram appears on the screen]
Major Monogram: Good morning, Agent P!
[As Major Monogram talks, subtitles appear on the bottom of the screen]
Major Monogram: We received some terrible news from- What the?! Carl, you left the subtitles on!
Carl (off-voice): Sorry, sir!
[The subtitles disappear and Major Monogram rolls his eyes]
Major Monogram: As I was saying, we received some terrible news from Clockwork that Danny Phantom's evil future older self Dan Phantom has escaped from his prison. And Dan Phantom has also stolen a jar of Twivine's DNA and used it with the DNA of the Violet Lantern hero and adoptive daughter of Optimus Prime from the Animated universe Meliah Messina to create someone that's looked like Meliah. I'm sure you remember Meliah Messina the last time you helped her and Danny defeat Dan Phantom the first time they've fought him at the Nasty Burger.

[Danny glows as he floats into the air. Light engulfs him and he gains a suit inspired by Danny Phantom: 10 Years Later. The Melodic Wonders glow and float up to join Danny, then shoot a rainbow beam into the clouds, which spin then disperse into a ball of magic which gains alicorn wings. The crowd joins in the song and the Ghostly Blindings glare for a moment then look up in shock and horror to see a giant alicorn projection forming. It rears up]

[The crowd throws food at Dan, Dark Bloom, and Princess Dark Matter, who fly off the stage in defeat. The bus arrives with Livewire driving and Lockdown arrives in his vehicle mode. The bus door opens.]
Livewire (G2): What are you guys waiting for? Get in!
Lockdown (Animated): Move!
[Dan, Princess Dark Matter, and Dark Bloom flew into the bus. The crowd continues booing and threw food at the bus]
Sonata Dusk: Let's get out of here!
[The bus and Lockdown drive away.]
The Harmonic Crusaders: [cheering]
Sonantina Nightfall: Good seeing ya, Dan!
Rigby (EG): And don't ever come back!
Jake Long: Get out and stay out!
[Danny picks up a shard of one of Dan Phantom's pendant copies]
Danny Phantom: Guess that explains why these pendant copies were so special to him and his plan.
Meliah Messina: Without his pendent copies and all ghost energy he stole from the Ghost Zone, he and the other two are just three weak supervillains.
[Melivine looks remorsefully at the Harmonic Crusaders]
Melivine Messina: I'm so, so sorry!
Danny Phantom: It's okay. We've all been there.
Melivine Messina: Really? You have?
[Allegra raises her hand]
Allegra Gleaming: Worked for an evil circus to control Danny and feed off his ghost energy for me, Sonatina, and Arianna to rule Amity Park for my former boss who is an evil ringmaster.
Sci-Meliah: Overpowered by a magic I once couldn't control and almost destroyed the Autobots in the Cyberverse and my friends in the process.
Meliah Messina: Lost my temper while hunting down a rival of Animated Bumblebee, leading an Elite Guard member to almost getting killed.
Danny Phantom: Stripped myself of my ghost powers due to the Master Blasters getting more attention than me, leading me to get into an argument with Meliah.
[A beat is heard]
Star Butterfly: Wow, we are a really forgiving group.
Harmonic Crusaders: [laughing]
Jake Long: Yo, speaking of which, the Melodic Wonders really needs an extra member. Wish we had someone to help Arianna on back-up vocals.
[Danny sees a guitar and plays a short guitar solo]
Danny Phantom: I also play guitar.
Jake Long: We'll see.

Perch Perkins (EG): This time, good triumphs and at long last, the jar of Twivine Sparkle's DNA and the pendant shards of the Dazzlings have been returned to its rightful place in the labs of the Canterlot Natural History Museum, where they will remain locked up for all time! But once again, law enforcement is baffled, leaving everyone to wonder: who is this mysterious hero? And what will he do next?

[Meliah screams and then just as the Iris out closes, Meliah holds it from closing in reference to Courage the Cowardly Dog]
Meliah Messina: This shouldn't happen to a Violet Lantern.
[The Iris moves and closes on her hand]

[Her hand disappears with her, ending the film]
