Bear #03, better known as Mr. Grizz, is the overarching antagonist of the Splatoon franchise. He is an anthropomorphic grizzly bear who plots to restore mammals to Earth by firing a rocket of Fuzzy Ooze at it. He funded this venture by becoming the CEO of Grizzco, sending Inklings and Octolings alike to collect power eggs from the Salmonids, all while hiding behind an innocuous radio. He is the archenemy of New Agent 3.
