Mummymon is an Ultimate Digimon.
In Adventure 02, he is Arukenimon's partner. He too was created from the DNA of Oikawa. Like Arukenimon he can disguise himself in a humon form. He pretty much just follows Arukenimon around once he shows up. He is deeply in love with Arukenimon, but she is not interested in him. He appears to rescue her when her defeat was close at hand by the Digidestined. He seems to be the only Digimon who ever actually falls in love. Later in the season he mostly serves as a comic relief. MaloMyotismon destroys him after he tried to revenge his girlfriend's loss.
In Ghost Game, he is responsible for the mystery of a bunch of missing people after they watched the Mummy exhibition in a museum, he captures them and mummify them. He believe mummifying humans can cure them and give them an eternal life, but he was wrong. After a battle within BetelGammamon, he realizes his mistake and decided to learn the true way to cure humans and he went to a hospital to learn about it. Later he is being inquired by the main protagonists about how their partners become savage, and is also seen finding some clues about the origin.
