A mutant.
Mutants are minor antagonists in Rock & Rule. They are what their name suggests, they are seen in Nuke York, doing things like looking for food or attempting to kill Sonny to get in Club 666. Their colors vary, as they can be at least blue, red or green. It’s unknown if they are always hostile.
