Negaduck is the main villain from Darkwing Duck. He is almost like Darkwing Duck, except that his costume is is brighter than his. He is also the leader of The Fearsome Five and his members are Bushroot, Megavolt, Liquidator, and Quackerjack. Negaduck rules an alternate version of the Negaverse, where everyone has the opposite persona that they do in the Posiverse. In the 2017 DuckTales reboot, he was actually an actor named Jim Starling who played Darkwing Duck when he was in a TV series back when Launchpad was a kid. This wasn't revealed until he became Negaduck in the end of the season 2 episode "The Duck Knight Returns" when he failed to stop Drake Mallard from taking over.

- Negaduck and his Fearsome Five will make their first guest appearances in a Pokémon crossover in Ash's Adventures of Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie.
- Negaduck will return with the Fearsome Five in Pooh's Adventures Chronicles and Pooh's Adventures Armada: Hunt for the Chaos Emeralds.
- Negaduck will become the member with the Fearsome Five, Joker, Harley Quinn, Two-Face, and The Penguin as The Crime Empire.
- There is another Negaduck, this one being Darkwing's negative side personified.
- Negauduck is the true enemy of the Bubble Guppies in the Bubble Guppies' Adventures Series.
