Nerissa The Mermaid Queen, better known as Chelsea Van Der Zee, or just Chelsea, is the main antagonist of DreamWorks 44th animated full-length film, Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken.

Chelsea will become an enemy of Winnie the Pooh, Ash Ketchum, SpongeBob SquarePants, Sailor Moon, Scooby-Doo, and their friends in Winnie the Pooh Meets Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken.
