Niju is an evil wolf who only cares about having the tribe to stay where they belong in Balto II: Wolf Quest. He is also the main antagonist of the film.

- Niju will become Winnie the Pooh's enemy in Winnie the Pooh Meets Balto II: Wolf Quest.
- Niju will become Ash Ketchum's enemy in Ash Ketchum Meets Balto II: Wolf Quest.
- Niju will make his first guest appearance in a Winnie the Pooh crossover film to get his revenge on Winnie the Pooh, Ash Ketchum, and their friends in Winnie the Pooh Returns to Alaska. It is also shown that Bowser helped him overcome his fear of change.
