This Gardevoir is one of Nodoka's Pokemon she owns.
Story[]
As its egg[]
Nodoka told them the time she first got Ralts when she was just an egg which was given to her by an unknown person when Nodoka and the Library Team went to the Kalos region to check in Lumiose City for a certain Library. Nodoka was reading a book when the egg then started glowing, which caught Yue's attention.
With Nodoka Miyazaki[]
As Ralts[]
She first appeared as a Ralts in Showdown in Pewter City. She appeared in The Legend of Thunder, during Part 3, after Raikou defeated Steelix, she defeated Muk with a super effective Psychic attack, knocking it out. Then with the combination of Buddy, they defeated Skarmory with a doubly-powered Thunderbolt.
Nodoka used Ralts to confront Team Rocket in A Tail with a Twist!, she tells Team Rocket about her Ralts that she was her irreplaceable friend, and her Ohana(stated by Lilo), this allowed her Ralts to evolve into a Kirlia.
As Kirlia[]
In TBA, when Nodoka attempted to help the Pokemon from Team Rocket, they knocked off Nodoka who lost her balance, Kirlia tried to save her but realized she couldn't due to the major damage had taken earlier.
Not wanting to lose Nodoka, she willed up her remaining energy by rushing over to save Nodoka while forcing herself by evolving into Gardevoir.
As Gardevoir[]
With this new form, Gardevoir saved Nodoka from the fall by catching her with Psychic before holding Nodoka by her arms, she soon revealed her capability to speak via telepathy.
In Keeping Your Eyes on the Ball!, she was seen joining in the dance as well as Lana's Brionne's singing, as well as Negi's students' Pokemon started joining the singing.
In PJ090, Gardevoir was sent out to battle Alternative World Team Rocket alongside Negi's Gallade but before the Embrace Pokémon could do anything, she as well as Negi's Gallade had devolved back into the Kirlia duo and was forced to be recalled back to it's Poké Ball. Gardevoir as a Kirlia, was then sent out alongside Negi's Gallade as a Kirlia, but she instantly devolved into Ralts, alongside Negi's Kirlia who had also devolved into a Ralts, and they instantly turned into an egg due to Dialga and Palkia's fighting, and every other Pokémon turned into eggs as well while the Trainers including the Miraculous French team, Negi's Classmtes, Dora, Liam, Ben, Ashley, Sydney, the entire Light Music Club including Sawako and Nodoka Manabe, as well as Stitch deaged into little kids and a baby alien, the effect of deaging couldn't affect Lilo due to already being young, Tabby Darklight for being humanoid, and Sayo who was a ghost. Moments after the Alternate World Team Rocket was defeated and Ash and his friends prayed for Dialga and Palkia to stop fighting, a silhouette of Arceus appeared, calmed the temporal and spacial Pokémon down and destroyed the Red Chain. Dialga and Palkia fixed the damage their fighting caused and returned everyone back to their respective dimensions, while also granting their wish to reverse the devolution effects on all of their Pokémon, returning the Ralts duo's eggs all the way back to Gardevoir and Gallade, respectively.

Personality and characteristics[]
When she was a Ralts, she was shown to act similar to her Trainer, both hide their eyes when they were shy. Ralts is also very timid and is highly sensitive about her feelings, she can be brave when she shows it, as seen in The Legend of Thunder.
Ralts is shown to admire Nodoka as her irreplaceable friend as shown in A Tail with a Twist! but she also caused herself to evolve into Kirlia in doing so.
After she evolved, Kirlia seemingly has matured slightly where she is shown to have improved her psychic abilities, she is also shown to be the voice of reason when it comes to fighting conflicts.
Even in her evolved state, she sometimes has some of her previous traits when she was a Ralts, such as blushing occasionally when praised or when meeting someone for the first time.
When she evolved into Gardevoir, she had completely matured due to her evolution made her more graceful. She now has full confidence in herself and knows that Nodoka needed her to get stronger, and Gardevoir needed her to support her own Trainer's confidence, she appears to know about Nodoka being smitten to Negi, as she had been told when she was previously a Ralts upon when she met her from an Egg which was given by an unknown person.
Much like Guru, Gardevoir seemingly knows what events have happened previously during her time with Nodoka.
