Noelle Northpole is a Lalaloopsy character. She is the third holiday Christmas mini. She's got a loud, jolly laugh that makes everyone else want to laugh right along with her. Sometimes she laughs so loud, she shakes the snow off of the trees. Her name is the feminine form of Noel, which is French for Christmas - as well as where Santa Claus lives!

Noelle is light brown with very pale pink cheeks and blonde curled hair accented with a fuchsia bow on each side of the head. She wears a red dress with white fluffy trim around the neck and hemline, matching the santa cap on the top of her head. Her gloves are white with fluffy cuffs, while on each foot is a red snow boot.
Pet[]
Her pet is a white owl with a yellow beak, and black button eyes. It is a recolor of Bea Spells-a-Lot's owl.
