Oscar the Grouch is a (former) main antagonist from Sesame Street. He is a green furry grouch who lives in a trash can with his pet worm Slimey and he doesn't like other people on Sesame Street. His signature song is "I Love Trash". He says "Scram!" to let the people go away.

- He guest stars in Bill and Aldo Meet Wreck-It Ralph.
- His original puppeteer and voice, was Caroll Spinney, who also did Big Bird. He died on December 8, 2019, over a year after retirement. He is currently voiced by Eric Jacobson (who also does fellow Muppets Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Grover, Bert, Animal and Sam the Eagle).
- When Oscar appeared on Robot Chicken, his voice actors were creator Seth Green (who also voiced his co-stars Count von Count, Cookie Monster, Bert, Grover Big Bird, Elmo, and Ernie in that order) and Patrick Pinney.
- He was also on MADTV, only appearing in one Sesame Street sketch. It's currently unknown which cast member protrayed him.
- When he was on the 2013 MAD cartoon series, he was voiced by Kevin Shinick (who also voiced other characters).
- When David Harbor was a guest on Saturday Night Live during Season 45, there was a sketch which was a trailer parody of the Joker film released that year entitled "Grouch", where Harbor played Oscar who took on the titular role.
