The Phantom Blot, Mickey Mouse's archnemesis and Bowser's technical adviser.

The Phantom Blot is Mickey's archnemesis and now he is serving Bowser as his technical adviser in the Koopa Empire. He first appeared in Pooh's Adventures of Epic Mickey, where he faced Pooh for the first time and unleashed all of his inky powers of shadow.

Trivia

• The Phantom Blot made his first guest appearance in a Winnie the Pooh crossover film alongside Bowser and his family in Winnie the Pooh Says Hocus Pocus, where he teamed up with Bowser, his family, the Psycho Rangers, Scar, and Dr. Facilier to work with the Sanderson Sisters.
• In Mr. Happy's Adventures Series, he is the main antagonist, as the Queen of Miseryland is mostly inactive.
