Intro/Meet Keno

• Mewtwo (OS Narrating): 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance Mission Log: Entry 1991, General Mewtwo Speaking While we were busy with Bowser and Mr. Freeze, Ash and Hotaru's Aunt, April O'Neil informed us that The Joker and Harley Quinn are sighted again in New York, it has been several years since Oroku Saki, better known as the Shredder has been defeated with the help of my adoptive brothers, Leonardo the Leader,  Raphael the Muscle, Donatello the Intelligent, and Michelangelo the Party Animal.

Pooh and Pals return to New York and reunites with Ash, April, and the Turtles

• Mewtwo (OS Narrating): After Mr. Freeze's defeat, we decided to go back to New York, to find out what happened to Ash Ketchum, after Marina's passing.

Shredder Lives/TGRI Interview

(scene a city dump, we see heaps of garbage until we see a hand with razor blades rise, meanwhile at a warehouse area, two Foot ninja appear)

• Foot Ninja: (waves to fellow ninja) Come on.

(the ninja enter to see little group)

• Foot Ninja: (takes off his mask) Is this it?
• Foot Ninja 2: Everyone else must have been picked up. (stomps foot)
• Female Foot Ninja: Well, maybe they didn't find us.
• Foot Ninja 2: Hey. We all knew the junkyard was our fallback spot.

(an old foe appears, Tatsu)

• Tatsu: Our father gone! (kicks table) They will pay! (karate chops stand in two) I, Tatsu, now lead. Let any who challenge step forward.

(someone enters, Harley Quinn)

• Harley Quinn: (clears throat) Look alive, Foot Clan. Presenting that clef of clowns, that mogul of mountebanks, the one and only: Joker.

(The Joker enters laughing as Tatsu steps back)

• Foot Ninja: Great Scott.
• Joker: Actually, I'm Irish. Good morning, Foot Clan! King Bowser has decided to give you kids another chance. With the two of us in control of course. But don't worry, I'm a fair player. So, if anyone wishes to challenge me for leadership, speak now or forever hold your peace.

(a shadowy figure appears)

• Figure: I challenge!

(Joker gasps, Tatsu steps back)

• Foot Ninja: His face.
• Tatsu: Master....Shredder!
• Harley Quinn: Mr. S?

(Shredder breaths heavily, then we see him, Tatsu, Joker and Harley near a tool)

• Shredder: Choose the best man from those that remain to follow the reporter. She's the key to finding them creatures that did this to me.
• Tatsu: Yes, Master.
• Joker: Right.
• Harley Quinn: What's after that, Mr. S? Rebuild the Foot? Catch Pooh and Pals for Mr. B?
• Shredder: (as we scroll up to see his scarred face) No. There is only one thing next: revenge!

Secrets Revealed/TGRI Battle

• Good Fairy: I have a hunch that I was here before, when I was just a teenager I was exactly the same age as Mimi.
• Mewtwo: It is Possible, this World is full of Surprises Everyone, Especially those People behind the Wall.

(they Turn and see the Portraits of Bowser Koopa, Giovanni, Gerald Robotnik, Artemus Bradford and Dr. Eggman)

• Mario (OS): Mamma Mia!, Bowser, Giovanni, Gerald Robotnik!, Artemus Bradford, and Dr. Robotnik!.
• Mewtwo (OS): That's right, there you have the "Benefactors" Responsible for this site.
• Ash: Guys, you better see this.

(they seen the Blueprints of the Tie Fighters, the Stormtroopers Suits, Armors, Vehicles, Blasters)

• Misty: That's the Galactic Empire's Weaponry and Arsenal.
• Mario: That's why April was investigating this site, it has connections to the United Alliance of Evil, and Palpatine's Regime.
• Mewtwo: Gentlemen, I think we've found one of the Empire's Armament production centers.
• Bowser (On Screen): Didn't you like your Guided Tour?
• Mewtwo: Bowser!
• Bowser (On Screen): And to think that the people of Mystery, Inc. were the only ones who were intrusive about not meddling where they shouldn't.

Raph gets caught/Heroes enter Foot HQ

• Mario: Come on.
• Luigi: Just like Keno said.
• DONATELLO: Yeah. The perimeter's quiet.
• LEONARDO: Yeah, a little too quiet.
• MICHAELANGELO: Come on.
• DONATELLO: Okay.

(the gang hides as Donatello gets behind two Foot ninja)

• DONATELLO: Knock, knock.

[GRUNTING]

• DONATELLO: Well, that was easy.
• LEONARDO: Yeah, a little too easy. Yeah.
• Mewtwo: Move out.
• DONATELLO: Look, it's Raph.
• MICHAELANGELO: Yeah, a little too Raph.
• LEONARDO: You guys, knock it off.
• DONATELLO: Oh, brother.
• LEONARDO: Keep your eyes peeled. I don't like this.
• MICHAELANGELO: No.
• Good Fairy: Let's go.
• LEONARDO: Right.
• Raphael: [MUFFLED SPEECH]
• LEONARDO:Hey.
• MICHAELANGELO: Whoo.
• DONATELLO: Aha.
• LEONARDO: Oh.
• MICHAELANGELO: Huh?
• DONATELLO: You know, given the layout of this junkyard and the proximity of certain structures...if they were gonna spring a trap, they'd probably do it right about...

(our heroes get trapped)

• Misty: What's going on?
• Turtles: Whoa!
• LEONARDO: Let us out of here.
• Tigger: Whoo, boy. They must really hate salesmen.
• Rabbit: Suddenly, saving Raphael doesn't seem like such a good idea.
• Ash: Hey, look!
• LEONARDO: What the...?

(our heroes gasp to see the Shredder)

• MICHAELANGELO: The Shred dude.
• DONATELLO: Oh, no.
• LEONARDO: It's him.
• SHREDDER: I've been waiting for you. I have a little surprise.

(the Foot reveal sharp objects)

• LEONARDO: Oh, no. I don't like this. I don't like this.

(Turtles head toward sharp objects)

• DONATELLO: I wonder what those are for.
• MICHAELANGELO: Does the word Turtle Kabob mean anything to you?
• LEONARDO: Yeah, right. Get your arm out of my face!

(Raphael mumbles)

• Misty: What are you gonna do to us, Shredder?!
• SHREDDER: Patience. First them. Then you.
• Mewtwo: You are despicable!

(Raphael mumbles)

• DONATELLO: You know, these nets are remarkably effective. Very well constructed.
• MICHAELANGELO: Yeah. Remind me to drop a line to Ralph Nader.
• SHREDDER: Wait for my signal to drop them.
• Tatsu: Hmm.
• MICHAELANGELO: I never got to see Paris.
• SHREDDER: A little closer. A little closer.
• DONATELLO: We're almost there.
• SHREDDER: Get ready.
• LEONARDO: This is it.
• Zilla: (appears and roars)
• Joker: (gasp)
• Harley Quinn: Eek!
• SHREDDER: Gojira!
• Zilla: (slashes the rope)
• Turtles: [SCREAMING]
• Splinter: Cowabunga.
• LEONARDO: That's right, Shredder. You forgot. We carry insurance.
• MICHAELANGELO: Yeah, mutual of Splinter and Zilla, dude.
• LEONARDO: Yeah.
• DONATELLO: Yeah.
• Zilla: (roars)
• SHREDDER: Get them!
• Foot Ninja: [YELLING]
• Mewtwo: Attack!
• Pooh and Pals: (charge into battle)

(Raphael mumbles)

Ending

(Scene: Koopa Castle)

• Bowser (to Computer): Computer Give me Suggestion to the DNA Selector for the Mutagen Process.
• Computer: Suggestion: Bengal Tiger DNA.
• Dr. Eggman: Interesting, and since Shredder, who will be "Away" for a few days, I think I found the right "Guinea Pig".
• Bowser: indeed Get me Shredder's Second in Command.

Bonus Ending

(near the docks, the wreckage still lays there until a hand with familiar claws burst through, the Shredder lives)

Shredder: (climbs out, laughs evilly)
