Professor Milo (DC Animated Universe) in Justice League: Unlimited
Professor Achilles Milo is a supporting antagonist in the DC Animated Universe, serving as a supporting antagonist in season 1 of Batman: The Animated Series, specifically as the secondary antagonist of the episode "Cat Scratch Fever" and the main antagonist of the episode "Moon of the Wolf", and as a minor antagonist in the Season 2 of Justice League Unlimited, specifically as the secondary antagonist of the episode "The Doomsday Sanction".
He is an unscrupulous Gothamite scientist with expertise on genetics who works in shady businesses with whoever is able to afford his services, such as Roland Daggett or Amanda Waller, even joining the latter's Project Cadmus later on. His unethical schemes often involved the intervention of Batman, the protector of Gotham City, though Milo saw the Dark Knight as more of an obstacle than a rival.
In his first two appearances, he was voiced by the late Treat Williams, who also played Stanley Kowalski in the 1984 A Streetcar Named Desire film, Jimmy Conway O'Donnell in Once Upon a Time in America, Arnold Friend in Smooth Talk, Howard Prince in Tales from the Crypt and Xander Drax in The Phantom. In his last appearance, he was voiced by Armin Shimmerman, who also played Bractorand Letek in Star Trek: The Next Generation, General Reginald Skarr in the Grim & Evil franchise, Dr. Nefarious and his remake version in the Ratchet & Clank video games and 2016 film respectively, Emperor Sun Hai and The Keeper in Jade Empire, Andrew Ryan in the BioShock video game series, Psycho-Pirate in Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Buttonwillow McButtonwillow in Regular Show.
