Professor Oak is Ash Ketchum's professor and old friends of Dr. Emmett Brown, Mr. Miyagi, Randolph Johnson, Professor Utonium, and Ludwig Von Drake. He is also the grandfather of Gary Oak. He made his first appearance in Pooh's Adventures of Pokémon: The Movie 2000.
