Professor Pericles is an evil parrot who was once a mascot of the original Mystery Incorporation in the TV series, Scooby Doo! Mystery Incorporated. He is the main antagonist of the series who plans on getting the power from the Evil Entity and destroy Mystery Inc. When the Evil Entity possessed him as its host instead of Scooby-Doo, Pericles believed that he has won and attempts on destroying the gang along with the original Mystery Incorporated. But, instead of gaining the power he had hoped for all his life, Pericles paid the ultimate price for his madness when the Evil Entity turned on him, killed him from the inside, absorbed his body, and became a vessel in its own image.
