Puppet Framer is shown to be a cold, malicious, sadistic, and conniving Mimikyu, despite this, he deeply respects his comrades and Specter Knight. It shown that he holds many grudges on many Pikachus.

• This Mimikyu had debuted in Tabby's Pokemon Journey episode ???, where it was tasked out by a mysterious purple woman to frame Miki's Pikachu and Buddy (Ashley's Pikachu) for crimes they had (and kidnapping Stitch for some reason) but was defeated by Tabby, Liam, Miki, and the rest as they cleared the names of their Pikachu friends and causing it to flee and return to the owner who is a reaper-themed knight
