Quackerjack.
Quackerjack is another one of Darkwing Duck's enemies and also the member of the Fearsome Five (Negaduck, Megavolt, Bushroot and The Liquidator)
Background[]
Quackerjack started out as a toymaker, who went out of business to due competition with the "Whiffile Boy" company; he then tunred insane and used his toymaking skills to build dangerous toys, driven by what he calls "Wackiness" to rob banks and commit other haynes crimes.
He keeps a toy to keep of his own he calls "Mr. Bananna-Brain", which he talks to and does show that he thinks it talks to him, indicating that Quackerjack also has a split-personality disorder.
