Queen Arianna is the queen of Corona and one of the three overarching protagonists (alongside King Frederic and Lord Demanitaus) of the Tangled franchise. She's Ranpuzel's real mother, King Frederic's wife, Willow's older sister, and Eugene's mother-in-law.
