In Data Squad, Quetzalmon (as BioQuetzalmon) is the Digimon form of Nanami, one of Kurata's henchmen.
In Ghost Game, Quetzalmon, along with a Rabbitmon, an Oryxmon and Majiramon appeared in the real world due to the electric money crisis due to Kiyoshiro's talismans. After the talismans were destroyed, the four Digimon leaves.
