Robo Robber
Robo Robber was created by Dr. Bellum in season four. Dr. Bellum was in the process of making an army of robots, before Carmen Sandiego blew up her lab in the Himalayas. Dr. Bellum believe robot thieves were better than humans, because they were more easily controlled than other operatives.
