Ivan Steranko, better known as Rocksteady, is a major antagonist in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja cartoon series.
He is introduced as Ivan Steranko (Russian: Иван Сетеранко) in the episode Enemy of My Enemy. He is a Russian crime boss and arms dealer with ties to the Shredder and the Foot Clan before becoming a member himself after getting mutated into an anthropomorphic black rhinoceros.
He was voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
