The film starts with Redblade and his partner Shadow Raker thinking about what plan to make with Ryvine. Then Ryvine tells the news about a book that Burger-Beard used to steal the Krabby Patty formula and opens a portal to a island in SpongeBob's world where the book is at and

Buiding a Time Machine at ???/[]
Ryan, Thomas and the others arrived at ?? where they find some stuff to build a Time Machine. ???. After building the time machine, Sci-Ryan tested it and it takes them to a future of Cybertron of what will happen if the AllSpark never returned to the well in the events of Transformers: Prime Predacons Rising and Cybertron is a lifeless planet like ??. They see Bulkhead then he sees them, declaring the "Great AllSpark famine" to be over. After learning what year it is, Sci-Ryan revealed that they have gone 4 shows into the future. They then traveled to the Dark Depths of Radiant Garden in the past, which Bertram gets a chance to stop Lord Zedd from casting a spell to banish Sora, Donald and Goofy from the Kingdom Hearts universe. Without his staff, Lord Zedd was shocked with anger because Sora, Donald, Goofy and Ryan and Meg have defeated him. In a middle of Zedd's vow for revenge on Ryan, Sora and their 3 friends, Bertram blasts Zedd with a fusion cannon and he turned to dust like Starscream in the 86 Transformers movie. ???. After saying goodbye, Ryan and the others travel in time and end up somewhere on a ship where a female train Prime is seen watching the universe.
