Sadayo as the new Phantom Thief Enigma
When she heard that Byron Looper fired his entire staff the instant he became property assessor, Kawakami was furious. To her, he was as bad as Donald Trump himself. So she called the Phantom Thieves for help to expose him, get him to confess, and hopefully, see to it that he steps down as elected official. The Phantom Thieves agreed to do that task, and shockingly, Kawakami found herself into the Metaverse as well, before she was kidnapped by Shadow Looper, who attempted to rape her and murder her, but the Thieves came at the nick of time. As it happened, Kawakami awakened her Persona and helped defeat Shadow Looper. In the Phantom Thieves, her weapons of choice are the same as Makoto's, along with a car. Together, the Thieves helped make an event known as Looper's Loophole. Then, one day, Byron died of a mysterious illness in prison, thanks to Anna Moriarty.
