Scoutmaster Lumpus is the grumpy scoutmaster of Camp Kidney. He is considered an enemy, since he always tries to ruin Lazlo's happiness.

- Lumpus actually isn't a real scoutmaster. It was revealed that he broke out of the local asylum of Prickly Pines, locked the real scoutmaster in the closet, and took the role of scoutmaster from him. After being locked in the closet for several years, the real scoutmaster broke out and called the police. Lumpus was taken back to the asylum, but he has since broken out.
