Sid Phillips is a nasty kid and the main villain in Pooh's Adventures of Toy Story. All he wanted to do was blow Buzz up with a firecracker; however, Pooh and Woody managed to knock some sense into him by having the mutant toys scare him. He will return in Pooh's Adventures of Toy Story 3 in a minor cameo.
