Spear's family are minor characters that only appeared in the first season of Primal. Spear took very good care of them since he lost his his father when he was a young boy. But by the time he grows into an incredibly strong Neanderthal, they were all devoured by a massive pack of rogue Tyrannosauruses. Since then, they only appeared in flashbacks and visions.
