Splinter (2003 Version)

Splinter or Master Splinter is the wise mentor and father-figure of the heroic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is a rat who lives in the sewers along with his students and is responsible for teaching them the ways of martial arts, like Ninjutsu as well as guiding them on the right path and, if necessary, dealing discipline to teach them valuable lessons. And he's also Aisling's grandfather.

• The 2012 version of Splinter will be revived by Shenron when Mewtwo gathers the Dragon Balls, and the 2012 version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be very happy to see him.
• In the 2012 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Splinter was once a human being named Hamato Yoshi.
