Squid Ink Cookie (Korean: 오징어먹물맛 쿠키, ojingeo-meokmul-mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside Sorbet Shark Cookie in the first part of the Soda Island Outlaws update (v1.8). They are of the Magic type and their position is prioritized to the Middle.
They appear as the Giant Squid of the Deep Sea in the Tropical Soda Islands Story.

Squid Ink Cookie is a small Cookie rendered in an inky black. They have eight tentacles with pale lavender undersides which function as their arms and legs. Their eyes are a morose turquoise and eternally stream sticky tears. The Cookie's mouth is cerulean and gaping—enough to render them constantly drooling.
Squid Ink Cookie's "hair" is composed of the same tentacles as those on their body and resemble a chin-length bob haircut. They wear no clothing other than a striped, mint green scarf around their neck.
This Cookie as a whole appears to be made of a type of semisolid fluid matter, as their body is constantly dripping upwards and away from itself.

- A modified version of Ink Tentacle Slap appears as one of Prophet Cookie's prophecies.
- Squid Ink Cookie was the first non-launch Cookie to receive a Magic Candy.
- Squid Ink Cookie generally appears and acts more like an octopus than a squid. They likely were only given their name as a reference to squid ink being an ingredient in numerous dishes.
- Squid Ink Cookie's affinity for sheltering in pots likely draws inspiration from octopus pot fishing traps.
- Similarly, octopus pot disease, in which the heart enlarges and distorts due to stress or being "broken", perhaps could relate to Squid Ink Cookie's constant sorrow.
- Squid Ink Cookie's giant squid form may be based on the Kraken, as Squid Ink Cookie’s boss form is called the "Giant Squid of the Deep Sea".
- Squid Ink Cookie's April Fools 2022 sprite (titled in-game as "F'lur'b Pl'orkk Blor'phg") is a reference to the "Lovecraftian" eldritch horrors of H.P. Lovecraft's literature, such as Cthulhu introduced in The Call of Cthulhu. The name F'lur'b Pl'orkk Blor'phg emulates the style of the names of characters falling under the Lovecraftian distinction.
- Squid Ink Cookie's English voice actress, Courtney Lin, is credited as "Courteney Lin" in the game when checking their description.
