Star-Lord (Marvel Cinematic Universe) in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Peter Jason Quill, also known as Star-Lord, is a major character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Originally from Earth, he was captured and adopted by the space pirate known as Yondu Udonta after his mother tragically passed away, on orders of his biological father Ego The Living Planet. The young human was raised among Yondu's crew calling themselves the "Ravagers". Quill eventually became an expert pilot, gunslinger and thief. After learning of a great threat to the galaxy, Quill becomes the leader of an unlikely group of heroes to defend it and it's people.

He is portrayed by Wyatt Oleff (who also portrays young Rumplestiltskin in Once Upon a Time and Stan Uris as a child in the It film series) and Luke Klein as a child, and by Chris Pratt (who also portrays Owen Grady in the Jurassic World film series and James Reece in The Terminal List, and voiced Emmet Brickowski in the Lego Movie film series, Cooper Daniels in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Barley Lightfoot in Onward, Marioin The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and Garfield in The Garfield Movie) as an adult.

In the Japanese dub, he is voiced by Kōichi Yamadera, who also voiced Michael Corleone in The Godfatherfilms, Genie in the animated and live-action Aladdin films, Stanley Ipkiss in The Mask, The Grinch in How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Donkey in the Shrek films, Éomer in The Lord of the Ringstrilogy, Aldo Raine in Inglorious Bastards, Don Draper in Mad Men, and Bloodsport in The Suicide Squad.
