Stariana is the main antagonist of Nickelodeon's 46th non-theatrical feature film, Baby Shark's Big Movie.
She was voiced by Ashley Tisdale, who's most famous for her roles as Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical franchise, the voice of Camille Leon from Kim Possible and the voice of Candace Flynn in Phineas and Ferb.
