The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man (simply referred to as Stay Puft) is one of the characters in Pooh's Adventures of Ghostbusters. When Pooh and the others faced Gozer, they have to choose a Destructor form for him to assume. While the Ghostbusters and their friends tried to avoid thinking of anything that Gozer could use, they failed on part due to to Ray. He thought of Stay Puft because he felt he was the most harmless thing in existence and he was the mascot of the marshmallow brand that Ray loved in his childhood. However, Gozer was still able to weaponize this form by turning Stay Puft into a giant. Gozer failed to defeat them in this form, however, as the Ghostbusters crossed the streams on their proton packs and caused a powerful explosion that blew up Stay Puft.
Sometime after the Hundred Acre Crew returned from New York, Stay Puft manifested yet again in the Hundred Acre Wood. This time, however, thanks to the Good Fairy's magic from the attack, he had manifested independently of Gozer's control and became a benevolent figure and something of a gentle giant.
