Steelbeak

Steelbeak is F.O.W.L.'s chief agent, and one of Darkwing Duck's greatest enemies. And is one of the members of The Crime Empire. A lot of his past is shrouded in mystery including what happened to his natural beak. As F.O.W.L.'s chief agent he is always shown as a boss wearing a white tux and giving orders to his henchmen. He is clever, suave, and manipulative, but also conceited and sexist.
