Storm Chasers/Transcript

Here is the transcript for Storm Chasers.

(The episode begins with Morrigan loading up a truck. Marina is seen watching her.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Whatcha doing?
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: Packing. Me, Big, Touma Kamiyama, and Tsukasa Kadoya are going on a trip to storm chase.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Oooo, can I come? Please?!
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: Sure.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Thank you!

(As Marina walks to the truck, three baby Striders follow behind her without her knowledge.)

• Big the Cat: Marina.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Yeah?
• Big the Cat: You have three baby striders following you.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: (turns around) Sorry guys, but I don't think your parents would want you to come.
• Big the Cat: They wouldn’t be able to fit in the truck, anyway.

(The broodlings whine as one of them wraps its tentacles around Marina, not wanting her to leave.)

• Big the Cat: Where are their parents?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I think Rex is out hunting, and their mom is sleeping.
• Big the Cat: Can you tell them to go back to their mother?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: (to the broodlings) Can you please go back to Stella? She wouldn't want you to potentially get hurt.
• Big the Cat: These things really like you, huh?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: They're not things! They're cute little guys!

(Although still whining, the baby Strider lets go of Marina.)

• Big the Cat: True.
• Tsukasa Kadoya: Are you coming, Marina?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I am! (waves to the broodlings) Bye, guys! I promise I'll come back! Maybe we could even play fetch when I do!

(She gets in the truck as Big gets in the driver’s side and they head off to Kansas.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Can you guys believe I was chosen to be a goddess?
• Touma Kamiyama: That’s great, Marina. Hopefully, you aren’t like the others and make poor decisions.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I hope not... I want show Dad that not all gods are bad or pretty much useless.
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: Kindness is a very powerful thing, Marina.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I hope so.

(Unknown to them, a massive monster was watching them. It looks down upon them and laughs for unknown reasons as he follows them. Eventually, the truck makes it to Kansas.)

• Big the Cat: Here we are.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Yay!
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: We are in the middle of nowhere!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: ...Is that not where we're supposed to be right now?
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: Kansas is the middle of nowhere.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: It's just that you made it sound like we weren't supposed to be here right now.
• Morrigan "Kitty" Meows: We are a bit early, considering the storms don't come till later.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Okay.

(Suddenly, the ground starts rumbling as a large figure begins approaching them.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Don't tell me we're already dealing with someone who wants to kill us!

(A giant white claw then grabs the group as they are face to face with a three-eyed monster.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Umm... Hi?...
• ???: You must be one of Tabmajin's precious heroes that swore to protect this universe.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Yeah, we are! We'll kick your butt if you turn out to be evil!

(The unnamed monster puts them down and transforms into Blood Stalk. Marina gets into a defensive stance.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Try us!
• ???: Remember all of those monsters you have faced?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I don't know what that has to do with anything, but yes!
• ???: I CREATED them!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: ...Even dragons?
• ???: Yes. I made them to kill off humanity, but it looks like that wasn't enough!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I...I see.
• ???: And THIS is what I end up with?! (points to Marina) A goddess that is a hybrid between humanity and dragon!

(Marina tenses up at his comment.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: How do you know anything about that?...
• ???: Unlike that stupid Majin who gave you those god powers, I actually use omnipresence! I am Bloodmajin! The god of monsters!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Well, guess what, Bloodmajin? I'm going to kick your butt with my dragonness!

(Marina clutches her necklace as she transforms into her dragon form. Bloodmajin then goes into his monster form.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Almost all of my family may be evil, but I'll use my dragon form for good!

(Bloodmajin laughs as the others get in the truck.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: What's so funny?!
• Bloodmajin: THIS!

(He grabs the truck with his giant hand. Marina snarls at Bloodmajin and charges at him, her mouth ready to snap at him. He swats her away.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: (growls) You better let them go!
• Bloodmajin: Okay. (Tosses the truck in his mouth)
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: That's literally the exact opposite of what I just said!
• Bloodmajin: Do you really think I'm that stupid?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: No, but I like to think I could've reasoned with you.
• Bloodmajin: You aren't the first one to try and do that, kid. All of the Majins have done that!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I guess I'll have to do things the more violent way!

(Marina flies at Bloodmajin and sinks her teeth into his arm.)

• Bloodmajin: Ow!

(She then scratches his arm while still biting it. He spits out the truck. After seeing him purge her friends, Marina stops biting and scratching him. She grabs the truck to protect those inside it.)

• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I'm sorry for hurting you.
• Bloodmajin: You'll pay for that!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Why do you even want to hurt them?! What have they ever done to you?!
• Bloodmajin: Humanity must be destroyed!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: And why do you think it should be?!
• Bloodmajin: Why not?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: For the most part, humanity is awesome!
• Bloodmajin: I will take down humanity! Even if it means killing you!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I've faced worse than you! I literally took down the ruler of the spirit realm and their right hand!
• Bloodmajin: YOU KILLED MY SIBLING?!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Wait, you and Shinigami are related? Anyway, yes, I did! Me and Tabmajin killed them! They had it coming for doing terrible stuff to the good spirits!
• Bloodmajin: You’re so dead!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: You actually cared for them?...
• Bloodmajin: I loved them, but they never cared back!
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Why focus your energy on someone who doesn't care about you?
• Bloodmajin: Always care for your siblings.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I guess that's true, but not always! Sometimes, your family is just really mean to you, no matter what you do with them! While I want to believe I could someday have a relationship with my grandparents and uncle, I don't think I ever can because they're really mean!

(The two stop fighting and sit down. Marina sets the trick down beside her.)

• Bloodmajin: I know how that feels.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: How bad were they to you?
• Bloodmajin: They never understood what I did for them. I gave them monsters and they just threw them away.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I see...
• Bloodmajin: Does your family have other issues?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: It depends what family you're talking about. I..kind of have two at the moment.
• Bloodmajin: The one with your biological father.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I don't know Mr. CEO's family. One time, he said his parents died when he was 6. That's all he ever told me about them. Why do you ask?
• Bloodmajin: I meant your relationship with him.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Oh. Welllllll, it's really complicated. I like him, but at the same time, I don't. He's mostly nice to me to mean to everyone else. Especially to my best friend...
• Bloodmajin: Why is he mean to your friend?
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: I don't really know, honestly. He just is. Once again, why do want to know?
• Bloodmajin: I'm curious.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: ...Okay. If you don't mind saying it, do you know anything about my grandma's past? I vaguely know what happened to grandpa but not her...
• Bloodmajin: No.
• Marina "Dusk" Cullen: Oh... I figured you would.
