Prologue

[Two moray eels watch in the water. Sora pilots the Gummi Ship through Splash Island and into the sea. They enter the water with a burst of magic, scaring away a school of fish.]

• Ratchet: So, where are we now, guys?
• Donald: Oh boy! Under the sea again!
• Goofy: Uh-huh!
• Sora: Whoa!
• Daxter: Wait a minute! Under the sea? So, we’re in a world where you were friends with a mermaid?
• Kieran: Yep. That’s basically it.
• Mina: OMG! I can’t believe that I’m a mermaid!
• Rainbow Dash (EG): This is so awesome!
• Pinkie Pie (EG): Oooh! Look at my fins! This is fin-tastic!
• Tammy: I agree, Pinkie! It feels good to be back here in Atlantica!

[Then, Puppy Spike appears as a pufferfish.]

• Puppy Spike: Guys? Guys? What is... (Puffs) ...happening?!
• Fluttershy (EG): Aww, how cute!
• Hazel: I don’t understand. How did this happen?
• Sunlight: With Donald’s magic including yours, everyone else can transform into whatever the world transforms us to.
• Donald: Sunlight’s right, everyone. We have to protect the world order!
• Sora: Border?
• Donald: I said order!
• Donnie: But, I thought mermaids were a bunch of fairy tales in a storybook.
• Bentley: True. But in this world Donnie, Atlantica is where Mermaids and Mermans live in peace and harmony.
• Leo: Well, that explains that there are no monsters around.
• Leafa: This sucks! It had to be this world here.
• Sonic: Y-Yeah! Why did it have to be water?!

[Everyone looks at Leafa and Sonic.]

• Leafa: Uh, I mean, I just don’t like water very much.
• Sonic: Same here.
• Amy: Don't worry, Sonic, I'll help you out!
• Asuna: (Grabs Leafa) I got you.

[Ariel and Flounder swim into the Undersea Courtyard.]

• Ariel: Sora! Everyone! You’re here!
• SpongeBob: Hey! Someone's here!
• Mikey: (His eyes sparkle) Dudes, it’s a real live mermaid!
• Sora: Uh...hi there!
• Ariel: (Swims around Sora, Kieran and Sunlight) What brings you all here?
• Kieran: We're just dropping by.
• Ariel: It's nice to see you guys again!
• Sunlight: Same here. (Turns to everyone) Oh, and we’d like you to meet our friends.
• Clank: A pleasure to meet you, miss. I am Clank. This is Ratchet.
• Daxter: I’m Daxter. He’s Jak. He’s with me.
• Sly Cooper: My name’s Sly. Sly Cooper. And these are my pals, Bentley and Murray.
• Hazel: My name is Hazel Catherine.
• Mina: I'm Mina Mongoose!
• Jimmy: My name is Jimmy, Jimmy Rose.
• Sonic: I'm Sonic. Sonic The Hedgehog!
• Tails: I'm Miles Prower. But everyone calls me "Tails".
• Amy: I'm Amy, Amy Rose.
• Sash Lilac: Lilac.
• Carol Tea: Carol the Wildcat, at your service!
• Milla Basset: I'm Milla.
• Sci-Twi: I’m Twilight Sparkle.
• Sunset Shimmer (EG): I’m Sunset Shimmer.
• Applejack (EG): Howdy. I’m Applejack.
• Rarity (EG): I’m Rarity.
• Fluttershy (EG): I’m… (Quietly) Fluttershy.
• Rainbow Dash (EG): Name’s Rainbow Dash.
• Pinkie Pie (EG): I’m Pinkie Pie.
• Spike: I’m Spike.
• Mr. Blik: I’m Mr. Blik. And this is Gordon and Waffle. My cat in my shoe-polisher.
• Gordon and Waffle: Huh?
• Gordon: We’re his brothers.
• SpongeBob: Hi, my name is SpongeBob SquarePants.
• Patrick: I’m Patrick Star.
• Tammy: My name is Tamina, but you can call me Tammy.
• Leo: I’m Leo. And these are my brothers, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey.
• Kirito: Hey there. My name’s Kirito.
• Asuna: My name’s Asuna.
• Leafa: I’m Leafa. Nice to meet you.
• Yui: And my name is Yui!
• Ariel: I’m Ariel. This is Flounder.
• Flounder: (Appears behind Ariel) Hello.
• Ariel: We’re going someplace special. Wanna come along?
• Kieran: Sure. We’re game.
• Raph: I just hope there isn’t something stupid.
• Sunset Shimmer (EG): Come on, Raph. Lighten up.
• Gordon: Aye. At least there isn’t anything bad.
• Ariel: All right, everyone. Let’s go.
• Sora: Hey, wait up, Ariel!
• Mikey: Let’s move! (Everyone swims away leaving Leo behind)
• Leo: (Scoffs) I say that. (Swims after Ariel and the others)

Opening/ "Fathoms Below"/"Daughters of Triton"

[The ocean, so fascinating, so wonderful, and so mysterious. Birds are flying and porpoises are swimming happily. From the fog a ship appears crashing through the waves. On board, sailors are singing their hearts out while doing their work on their ship.]

• [Sailors]
• I'll tell you a tale of the bottomless blue
• And it's hey to the starboard, heave ho
• Look out, lad, a mermaid be waitin' for you
• In mysterious fathoms below

[Amongst the sailors is a daring, handsome, young man named Prince Eric.]

• Prince Eric: Isn't this great? The salty sea air, the wind blowing in your face (Max, his happy-go-lucky old English sheepdog, barks joyfully). . . a perfect day to be at sea!
• Grimsby: (Leaning over the side and looking seasick) Oh yes… delightful…
• Sailor 1: A fine strong wind and a following sea. King Triton must be in a friendly-type mood.
• Prince Eric: King Triton?
• Sailor 2: Why, ruler of the merpeople, lad. Thought every good sailor knew about him.
• Grimsby: Merpeople! Eric, pay no attention to this nautical nonsense.
• Sailor 2: But it ain't nonsense, it's the truth! I'm tellin' you, down in the depths o' the ocean they live. (He gestures wildly, the fish in his hand flops away and lands back in the ocean, relieved)
• [Sailors]
• Heave. ho.
• Heave, ho.
• In mysterious fathoms below.

[The fish sighs and swims away. The scenes changes to the fish swimming though some kelp then past some sea anemones, then it changes to a school of fish swimming as the film titles "Sunlight Meets The Little Mermaid" appear. We then see the fish swimming past three Jellyfihs, then by a group of humpback whales. As it swam by some rock we see merpeople emerging out and then swimming towards the legendary Kingdom known as Atlantica.]

• Seahorse: Ahem… His royal highness, King Triton! (Triton enters dramatically to wild cheering) And presenting the distinguished court composer, Horatio Thelonious Ignatius Crustaceous Sebastian! (Sebastian enters to mild applause)
• King Triton: I'm really looking forward to this performance, Sebastian.
• Sebastian: Oh, Your Majesty, this will be the finest concert I have ever conducted. Your daughters - they will be spectacular!
• King Triton: Yes, and especially my little Ariel.
• Sebastian: Yes, yes, she has the most beautiful voice. . . . (Sotto) If only she'd show up for rehearsals once in a while. . . .

[Sebastian makes his way down where he lands to his spot and took out his music note sheet, and placed it down, before swimming up then taps his conductor baton, and conducted the orchestra as they played their instruments as we find three shells coming up.]

• [Triton's daughters]
• Ah, we are the daughters of Triton
• Great father who loves us and named us well:
• Aquata
• [Aquata]
• Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah

• And then there is the youngest in her musical debut
• Our seventh little sister, we're presenting her to you
• To sing a song Sebastian wrote, her voice is like a bell,
• She's our sister, Ar-i . . .

[But then they gasps horrified to find their younger sister missing from her shell.]

• Sebastian: (Gasps horrified and turns nervously to King Triton)
• King Triton: (Very angry) Ariel!!!

Sunken Shipwreck/Shark Attack/Meeting Scuttles

[Cut to Ariel looking at the sunken ship.]

• Flounder: (From distance) Hey guys, wait for me . . .
• Ariel: Flounder, hurry up!
• Flounder: (Catching up) You know I can't swim that fast.
• Ariel: There it is.
• Everyone: Woah!
• Ariel: Isn't it fantastic?
• Flounder: Yeah . . . sure . . . it - it's great. Now let's get outta here.
• Ariel: You're not getting cold fins now, are you?
• Flounder: Who, me? No way. It's just, it, err . . . it looks - damp in there. Yeah. And I think I may be coming down with something. Yeah, I got this cough. (Coughs unconvincingly)
• Fluttershy (EG): Oh, you poor thing.
• Ariel: All right. We’re going inside. You can just stay here and - watch for sharks. (She goes inside)
• Flounder: Okay. Yeah - you go. I'll stay and - what? Sharks! Ariel! (He tries to fit through the porthole) Ariel . . . I can't . . . I mean- Ariel help!
• Ariel: (Laughs) Oh, Flounder.
• Flounder: (Whispering) Ariel, do you really think there might be sharks around here? (Shark passes outside)
• Ariel: Flounder, don't be such a guppy.
• Flounder: I'm not a guppy. (Gets pulled through porthole)
• Sonic, Jimmy, Lilac, Mr. Blik, Jak, Daxter, and Rainbow Dash (EG): Yeah, right.
• Flounder: This is great - I mean, I really love this. Excitement, adventure, danger lurking around every corn- YAAAAHHHHHHHH!! Ariel!! (He sees a skull, crashes into a pillar causing a cave in, and swims frantically away, knocking over Ariel)
• Ariel: Oh, are you okay?
• Flounder: Yeah sure, no problem, I'm okay . . .
• Ariel: Shhh . . . (Seeing a fork) Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Have you ever seen anything so wonderful in your entire life?
• Flounder: Wow! Cool!
• Raph: They’re really excited over a fork?
• Sunlight: Well, she is a mermaid, Raph. She’s been down in the ocean for a long time. She tends to get curious about things from the surface.
• Jimmy: Well, that does makes sense to merpeople.
• Flounder: But, err, what is it?
• Ariel I don't know. But I bet Scuttle will. (Puts fork in bag. Skark swims by outside)
• Flounder: What was that? Did you hear something?
• Carol: Nope. Not a thing.
• Ariel: (Distracted by a pipe) Hmm, I wonder what this one is?
• Flounder: Ariel....
• Ariel: Flounder, will you relax? (A shadow was behind Flounder) Nothing is going to happen.
• Mikey: (Sees something) Hmm?
• Murray: What’s up, Mikey?
• Mikey: Hey, Donnie, how big do you think a shark might be?
• Donnie: Well, a great white shark is about 23 FT., a basking shark is about 33 FT., and a whale shark would be 46 FT..
• Kirito: But, why did you ask?
• Mikey: (Points at something) Then what the heck is that?!

[Everyone sees Shark looming behind them.]

• Ratchet: This can’t be good.
• Hazel and Mina: (Screams)
• Mr. Blik, Gordon, and Waffle: (Screaming)
• SpongeBob: (Screams)
• Patrick: (Screams)
• Sonic: GAH!
• Daxter: Aaah!
• Clank: Oh my.
• Flounder: (Sees Shark looming behind him) Shark!! Shark!! We're gonna die!

[Shark chases them all around.]

• Jimmy: Hurry! Swim for our lives!!
• Sunlight: This way! (Shark blocks their way)
• Hazel: Wrong way! WRONG WAY!!!
• SpongeBob and Patrick: (Screams as they swim away)

[Ariel's bag is hung up. She goes back for it.]

• Tammy: Ariel!

[Shark almost gets them. They head for the porthole.]

• Flounder: Oh no!! (They crash through and go round and round)
• Raph: Let’s get away from that stupid shark!

[Flounder gets knocked silly.]

• Amy: Flounder!

[Ariel saves him and traps Shark.]

• Hazel: Look out!

[Raph looks around then cowers.]

• Raph: I'm sorry I called you a stupid shark, okay? I'm sorry. I learned a very important lesson. I'll never be cruel again. - Just leave me alone! (Then, he heard a creepy voice)
• Voice: On one condition.
• Raph: (Frightened) Aah! Anything!
• Voice: Be good to Michelangelo.
• Raph: (Screams) What?

[Mikey is seen making the scary voice.]

• Mikey: Let him read your comics once In a while.
• Raph: (Sees Mikey then gets angry) MIKEY! (Kicks Mikey in the butt)
• Mikey: (Hides behind Leo) OW! So much for learning your lesson
• Leo: It’s over, Raph.
• Raph: What are you talking about? Where's the shark? (Sees Shark is stuck)
• Flounder: You big bully. (Blows a raspberry. Then the Shark snaps at him and he swims away while screaming)
• Leo: Come on, guys. We’re heading to the surface.
• Raph: Leo's right. We've got to go.
• Mikey: You just want to get away from that thing.
• Raph: Is that so wrong?
• Kieran, Sunlight, Jimmy, Tammy, Sonic, Sora and Goofy: (Chuckling and Giggling)
• Ariel: (Laughing) Flounder, you really are a guppy.
• Flounder: I am not.

[On the surface. Scuttle on his island humming and looking through his telescope.]

• Ariel: Scuttle!
• Scuttle: (Looking through the telescope the wrong way, shouting) Whoa! Mermaid off the port bow! Ariel, how you doin' kid? (Lowers telescope to reveal Ariel at wing's length) Whoa, what a swim!
• Sora: (Chuckles awkwardly)
• Ariel: Scuttle - look what we found.
• Flounder: Yeah - we were in this sunken ship - it was really creepy.
• Scuttle: Human stuff, huh? Hey, lemme see.

[Scuttle drops an anchor stuck on his feet, and is pulled down. He scurries over to Ariel’s bag, stepping on Flounder in the process. Scuttle then rummages through the stuff Ariel found.]

• Scuttle: (Picks up the fork) Look at this. Wow - this is special - this is very, very unusual.
• Ariel: What? What is it?
• Scuttle: It's a dinglehopper! Humans use these little babies . . . to straighten their hair out. (Uses the fork like a hairbrush) See - just a little twirl here and a yank there and - voiolay! You got an aesthetically pleasing configuration of hair that humans go nuts over!
• Ariel: A dinglehopper!
• Waffle: Ooh, dinky.
• Raph: Can’t we just tell them how humans use a fork these days?
• Jak: We’d better not, Raph.
• SpongeBob: Yeah. Let her figure it out on her own.
• Tammy: It's for the best.
• Flounder: What about that one?
• Scuttle: (Holding the pipe) Ah - this I haven't seen in years. This is wonderful! A banded, bulbous - snarfblatt.
• Waffle: Ooooh.
• Gordon: Ooh, indeed, Waffle.
• Ariel and Flounder: Oohhh.
• Scuttle: Now, the snarfblatt dates back to prehistorical times, when humans used to sit around, (Gets in Ariel’s face) and stare at each other all day. Got very boring. So, they invented the snarfblatt to make fine music. Allow me. (Blows into the pipe; seaweed pops out the other end)
• Ariel: (Remembers) Music?
• Scuttle: (Disgusted) It's stuck!
• Ariel: Oh, the concert! Oh my gosh, my father's gonna kill me!
• Flounder: The concert was today?
• Scuttle: (Still contemplating the pipe) Maybe you could make a little planter out of it or somethin'.
• Ariel: Uh, I'm sorry, I gotta go. Thank you Scuttle. (Waves)
• Scuttle: Anytime sweetie, anytime.

Ursula Watches Sunlight and Others/"Part of Your World"

[As Sunlight and her friends swim Ariel and Flounder home, they are unknowingly being watched by Rahzar, Fishface, and two eels with menacing glowing eyes.]

• Rahzar/Bradford: There goes the little princess.

[But they're not the only ones that are being watched. In fact, an old enemy is spying on them through the eyes of the two eels. A wicked sea witch who had been banished by King Triton many years ago and has placed powerful evil spells on innocent merfolk with her dangerous magic that all ocean dwellers feared her, known as Ursula. She is seen sitting in the shadows watching Ariel through her magic bubble.]

• Ursula: Yes, hurry home, princess. We wouldn't want to miss old daddy's celebration, now, would we? Huh! Celebration indeed. Oh, bah! In my day, we had fantastical feasts when I lived in the palace. (Eats one of the shrimp and reveals herself in the light) And now, look at me wasted away to practically nothing - banished and exiled and practically starving, while he and his flimsy fish-folk celebrate. Well, I'll give 'em something to celebrate soon enough. Flotsam! Jetsam! Xever! Bradford! I want you to keep an extra close watch on this pretty little daughter of his.
• Fishface/Xever: Leave it to us… boss. (Rahzar and Fishface swim away)
• Ursula: She may be the key to Triton's undoing. . . .

[At the King’s palace.]

• Ratchet: Wonder how things are going with her father?
• Clank: As do I, Ratchet.
• Kirito: I hope everything goes well between those two.
• Asuna: Yeah, I hope so, too.
• King Triton: I just don't know what we're going to do with you, young lady.
• Ariel: Daddy, I'm sorry. I just forgot. I...
• King Triton: As a result of your careless behavior...
• Sebastian: (Appears on top of the sea king's crown) Careless and reckless behavior.
• King Triton: The entire celebration was...
• Sebastian: Well, it was ruined! That's all, completely destroyed! This concert was to be the pinnacle of my distinguished career. Now thanks to you, I am the laughing stock in the entire kingdom!
• Sonic: It's not going well at all!
• Flounder: (Swims up to Triton and Sebastian) But, it wasn’t her fault! Ah - well - first, ahh, this shark chased us - yeah - yeah! And we tried to - but we couldn't - and he gr, and, and we, whoa oh! (Sighs) And then we were safe. But then this seagull came, and it was this is this, and that is that, and--
• King Triton: Seagull?

[Flounder gasps, putting his fins up to his mouth, realizing he gave Ariel away. Flounder hides behind Ariel as she looks back angrily at him.]

• Tammy: (Glares at Flounder) Real smooth, Flounder.
• King Triton: (Rising from his throne) What? Oh - you went up to the surface again, didn't you? Didn't you?
• Sunlight: Whoa. Calm down, your highness, she didn't do anything wrong besides miss the concert!
• Ariel: Sunlight's right, nothing - happened. . . .
• King Triton: (Slapping his hand to his face) Oh, Ariel, How many times must we go through this? You could've been seen by one of those barbarians. By-- by one of these humans!
• Ariel: Daddy, they're not barbarians!
• King Triton: They're dangerous. (Picking up Ariel's chin) Do you think I want to see my youngest daughter snared by some fish-eater's hook?
• Ariel: I'm 16 years old. I'm not a child anymore--
• King Triton: (Wagging his finger angrily) Don't you take that tone of voice with me, young lady.
• Ariel: Well-
• King Triton: As long as you live under my ocean, you'll obey my rules!
• Ariel: If- But if you would just listen -
• King Triton: (Turning away) Not another word! And I am never, NEVER to hear of you going to the surface again, is that clear?!

[Sunlight and the others went silenced by this and Ariel leaves the throne room, crying, with Flounder following her.]

• Amy: Ariel, wait!
• Mina: (Looks at King Triton angry and growls) How dare you talk to her like that?! (Was about to swim towards King Triton) Let me at him!
• Hazel: (Grabs Mina) Mina, no! He's not worth it... let's go after Ariel.
• Mina: (Looks back at King Triton angry) You may be the king of the ocean, but instead being her father, you're acting like you're her boss! (Swims after Ariel)
• Sunlight: (Was about to swim with the others but looks back at King Triton) Triton, I get that you're trying to protect your daughter, but it doesn't mean you should talk strict to her... (Turns around) Ariel doesn't need her king... (Turns her head back to him) She needs her father.

[Sunlight and the others follow Ariel and Flounder.]

• Sebastian: Teenagers. They think they know everything. You give them an inch, they swim all over you.
• King Triton: You, uh, think I was too hard on her?
• Sebastian: Definitely not. Why, if Ariel was my daughter, I'd show her who was boss. None of this "flitting to the surface" and other such nonsense. No, sir - I'd keep her under tight control.
• King Triton: (Thinks about it then gets an idea) You're absolutely right, Sebastian.
• Sebastian: Constant.
• King Triton: Someone to watch over her. To keep her out of trouble.
• Sebastian: All the time--
• King Triton: And YOU are just the crab to do it.

[Cut to Sebastian walking down the corridor.]

• Sebastian: How do I get myself into these situations? I should be writing symphonies, not tagging along after some headstrong teenager. (Sees Ariel, Flounder, Sunlight, and the others sneaking off and follows) Hmm? What are those kids up to?

[Ariel, Flounder, Sunlight, and the others swim through the ocean, with Sebastian lagging behind. He stops by a rock, and notices Ariel opening a boulder acting as a door, and she, Flounder, Sunlight, and the others swim inside a cave. He barely makes it into the cave and sees Ariel's collection.]

• Donnie: Whoa. It’s beautiful. Ahem. Scientifically speaking.
• Raph: (Sarcastically) Well, if you love it so much, why don't you marry it?
• Mikey: Do you, Donatello, take Ariel’s collection to be your--
• Leo: Knock it off, all of you.
• Flounder: Ariel, are you okay?
• Sunlight: You feeling alright?
• Ariel: If only I could make him understand. I just don't see things the way he does. I don't see how a world that makes such wonderful things could be bad.
• Jimmy: I still can't believe your father yelled at you for missing out on the concert. That was really rude!
• Leafa: I agree! And not to mention the fact that he called the humans "Barbarians"! He's the real barbarian!
• Ariel: Guys, I know my father can be stubborn sometimes, but he cares about me.
• Mina: Hello?! Didn't you see how rude he was when he yelled at you? (Does the expression of King Triton) "As long as you live under my ocean, you'll obey my rules!" (Normal Voice) What kind of father would treat their children that way?!
• Tammy: Yeah, he was rude. There was no need for him to shout at you, Ariel.
• Yui: Yeah! My Daddy would never yell at me like that.
• Sonic: Let's not forget his so-called "court composer" Sebastian. Did you see how unforgiving he was when Ariel tried to apologize for missing the concert by accident? That was way beyond rude.
• Kieran: Guys, calm down. Triton and Sebastian are not bad as you guys think.
• Sunlight: Ki's right. True what they did was wrong back there, but that doesn’t mean they don't care what it means to her to be adding human treasures to her grotto.
• Ariel: But Sunlight, these things are not just why I'm interested in the human world. There's so much more to it than that.
• Sunlight: What do you mean?

[Part of Your World.]

• [Ariel]
• Look at this stuff. Isn't it neat?
• Wouldn't you think my collection's complete?

[She picks up a fork and places it into a candlestick.]

• Wouldn't you think I'm the girl,
• the girl who has everything?

[Sora swims over to a globe and around it.]

• [Ariel]
• Look at this trove, treasures untold
• How many wonders can one cavern hold?
• Looking around here, you'd think...

[Goofy sees a jewelry box and opens it. The gems inside shine brightly and Goofy spins around.]

• [Ariel]
• "Sure, she's got everything."
• I've got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty
• I've got whooz-its and whats-its galore

[Sebastian spies through a pair of glasses. Ariel swims up to Flounder with a box.]

• Ariel: You want thingamabobs? I got twenty. (Opens the box and show him the bottle openers)
• [Ariel]
• But who cares? No big deal.

[She closes the box and puts it down. Swims upwards.]

• [Ariel]
• I want more!
• Kirito: (Thinking) Wow. Her voice is beautiful.

[Sunlight smiles at Ariel. She finds a music box with a dancing couple. She gazes at it dreamily.]

• [Ariel]
• I wanna be where the people are
• I wanna see, wanna see 'em dancin'
• Walkin' around on those...

[Flounder shows off his tail as feet.]

• What do you call 'em? Oh, feet

[Flounder laughs along with Sunlight and the others. Sebastian pouts.]

• [Ariel]
• Flippin' your fins you don't get too far
• Legs are required for jumpin', dancin'
• Strolling along down the...
• What's that word again? Street
• Up where they walk
• Up where they run
• Up where they stay all day in the sun
• Wanderin' free,
• wish I could be
• part of that world
• What would I give
• if I could live
• outta these waters?

[Sebastian gasps upon seeing his own reflection and falls to a cup.]

• [Ariel]
• What would I pay
• to spend a day

[After hearing that song, the mug Sebastian got stuck in rolled down and broke and he fell to Jack-in-the-box and he ends up grabbing hold off a sheet as it then fell down with him and other human items with a big crash. Flounder swims into a knight's helmet scared]

• Sunlight: Huh?!
• Ariel: (Notice with gasp)

[She and the others find Sebastian with a smoke pipe in his mouth on accordion.]

• Everyone: Sebastian!

[Flounder notices. Sebastian spits out the pipe and fell down.]

• Sebastian: Ariel, everyone, what are you.... How could you... What is all this?!
• Sunlight: Well...
• Ariel: It's uh... It's just my collection.
• Sunlight: (Laughs nervously) Right, her collection.
• Sebastian: Oh, I see, your collection. IF YOUR FATHER KNEW ABOUT THIS PLACE-
• Flounder: You're not going to tell him, are you?
• Sunlight: Please, don't tell him about this! If you do, he's gonna put us in hot water!
• Sonic: My sister's right! Especially after the way you and Triton treated Ariel back in the throne room was unacceptable, so don't even think about it! You are keeping your big mouth shut!
• Ariel: [pleadingly] Oh, please Sebastian, he would never understand!
• Sebastian: Ariel, you're under a lot of pressure down here. Come with me. (Takes Ariel's hand) I'll take you home…
• Rainbow Dash (EG): Did it just get dark?
• Donald: Hey, look!
• Sebastian: …And I'll get you something warm to..

[Just then, something above the grotto blocked the moonlight and made everything dark.]

• Ariel: What do you suppose...?
• Sebastian: Ariel? (Ariel leaves the grotto) Ariel!

[Ariel, Sunlight, and the others swim up to the surface and from what she sees to her amazement, a ship sailing out in the open sea and fireworks are going off. It was a beautiful sight to see.]

• Pinkie Pie (EG): Ooh! A party on a ship!

[They are then joined by Flounder and Sebastian.]

• Sebastian: Ariel, what - what are you- jumpin' jellyfish! Ariel, Ariel! Please come back!
• Kirito: Well, what do you think, guys? Should we stop her? She might be seen.
• Jimmy: Yeah, maybe. But, I think we should let her go.
• Asuna: So, she’ll be fine or will she be in danger?
• Sora: Let’s just say, she’ll be really happy.

Eric's Party/Ariel saves Eric/"Part of Your World" (Reprise)/Ursula's Sinister Plot

[Ariel swims to the ship and watches the party until Max finds her.]

• Prince Eric: (Whistles) Max, here boy. Hey, come on, mutt, whatcha doing, huh Max? Good boy.

[Ariel sees him and fell in love with him right away.]

• Scuttle: (Arrives the scene) Hey, there, sweetie! Quite a show, eh?
• Ariel: (Quietly) Scuttle, be quiet. They'll hear you.
• Scuttle: Ooh, I gotcha. I gotcha. We're bein' intrepidacious. (Loudly) WE'RE OUT TO DISCOVER! (Ariel shuts Scuttle's beak)
• Ariel: I've never seen a human this close before. (Sighs) He's very handsome, isn't he? (Ariel watches heavenly at Eric as he dances and plays the flute with his dog)
• Scuttle: (Referring to Max) I don't know. He looks kinda hairy and slobbery to me.
• Ariel: (Chuckles) Not that one. The one playing the snarfblatt.

(Then the music stops as Grimsby comes in)

• Grimsby: Silence, silence. It is now my honor and privilege to present our esteemed Prince Eric with a very special, very expensive, very large birthday present.
• Sailors: (cheered)
• Prince Eric: Ah. Grimsby, (gives a pat in the back at Grimsby) ya old beanpole, you shouldn't have.
• Grimsby: I know.

(One of the sailor gets hold of the cloth covering the present)

• Grimsby: Happy birthday, Eric.

(The sailor uncovers the gift to be Prince Eric in a uniform with a sword looking bold)

• Sailors: (gasping)

(Eric didn't seemed to amused while Max growled)

• Prince Eric: Uh, gee, grim... Ha! (clears throat) It's, uh... It's really somethin'.
• Grimsby: Yes, I commissioned it myself. Of course, I had hoped it would be a wedding present.
• Prince Eric: (chuckles) Come on, Grim. Don't start. (takes his telescope and walks to the rails as Ariel and Scuttle get down) Look, you're not still sore because I didn't fall for the Princess of Glowerhaven, are you?

(He tosses Grimsby the telescope back)

• Grimsby: Oh, my! Eric, it isn't me alone. The entire kingdom wants to see you happily settle down with the right girl.
• Prince Eric: Oh, she's out there somewhere, I just... I just haven't found her yet.

(Ariel smiled while listening to the conversation)

• Grimsby: Perhaps you haven't been looking hard enough.
• Prince Eric: Believe me, Grim. When I find her, I'll know. Without a doubt, it'll just, bam, hit me, like lightning.

(Thunder roars above the clouds alert Eric and Grimsby)

• Sailor #1: Hurricane-a-coming!

(The wind becomes stronger, and the rain starts to fall down faster.)

• Sailor #2: Stand fast! Secure the rigging!

(Prince Eric and the crew spring into action as they try to brace the storm. Now, what started out as a fun birthday celebration turned into a desperate struggle for survival.)

• Mr. Blik: That is one heck of a storm!
• Clank: I suggest we head back to the ocean now!
• Gordon: Wait! What about Ariel?!
• Sunlight: Don’t worry, Gordon. Ariel will be fine!

(The storm gets more violent as thunder and wind roars, the waves push the ship left to right, and the rain beats down real hard. Eric and his crew try with all their might to pull their sail up to keep their ship from spiraling out of control. Max barks frantically and gets really nervous with the storm. Flounder, Sebastian, Sunlight, and the others struggle to brave the waves.)

• Hazel: These waves are too strong!

(Ariel held on tight to the ship's ropes. Scuttle, on the other hand, was unable to hold on well enough and started to get blown away by the wind.)

• Scuttle: Whoa! (grabs on a rope and tries to hold on) The wind's all of sudden on a move here! (slips off as the wind blows him away) Yo! ARIEL!!!!!

(The ship's captain, who is manning the steering wheel, gets pushed away by the wind, driving the ship off course. The ship made a big splash in the water, and this caused a huge wave over the ship, getting everyone wet. Eric grabbed the steering wheel and tried to get the ship back on track with all his might. As this horrific storm rages on, Ariel continues to hold on. However, the pressure of the storm is just too much for them to handle. A fierce blast of wind pushes them both off the ship, sending her flying back into the ocean. She landed safely in the water and was unharmed. She swam up and resurfaced. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning surprises her and it strikes the main sail of the ship, setting it on fire, to which Ariel gasps before she immediately swims for cover as the ship braces for impact.)

• Prince Eric: Look out!
• (His men scream and run around. The ship crashes into the rocks, knocking them all off. The group watched in horror as Prince Eric and his crew became endangered in such a disastrous predicament. Prince Eric's statue sinks into the water. Grimsby tries to get it but is grabbed by Eric.)
• Prince Eric: Grim, hang on! (pulls him up into his lifeboat)
• (Max is heard barking. Max is in fact still on the ship with fire surrounding him.)
• Prince Eric: Max!
• (Prince Eric jumps in the water and climbs back on the burning ship. Just then, the main mast cracked and broke apart. Eric quickly jumped out of the way as the mast crashed through the floor. The fire then proceeds to burn into the room full of explosives. Eric managed to reach his dog as he barked for his owner.)
• Prince Eric: Jump, Max! Come on, boy! Jump! (Max jumps off the main deck) You can do it, Max!
• (Max lands in Eric's arms. He carries his dog over to the edge of the ship. But right when he was about to make it off, his foot got caught on some loose boards, causing him to lose balance and throw his dog overboard. Max landed safely in the water and swam towards the lifeboat. Eric struggles to free himself as the fire continues to rage on.)
• Grimsby: (as he pulls Max safely into the lifeboat) Eric!
• (But just as Eric was about to get himself unstuck, the fire reached the barrels filled with explosive gunpowder and fireworks, causing a massive explosion. Grimsby, Max, and the crew are shocked at the horrific sight of what happened. Suddenly, the ship's debris and burning pieces start flying everywhere. Ariel frantically searches around the shipwreck looking for the prince while dodging some incoming fireballs from the burning ship. Ariel continues to frantically search for the prince. Prince Eric is unconscious and barely alive, clinging on a wooden board. Eric slipped off the board and started sinking underwater. Ariel quickly dove under where she grabbed him in time and pulled him back to the surface. Ariel then proceeded to carry the prince to the shore where he could be safe. We then find Ariel with an unconscious Prince Eric with her as Scuttle came to check)
• Ariel: Is he dead?
• Scuttle: (Looking at his eye) It's hard to say. (he goes to Eric's foot and being as dumb as he is tries to listen for a heartbeat but got nothing) Oh, I... I can't make out a heartbeat.
• (Then Eric breathed)
• Ariel: No look! He's breathing! He's so beautiful.

[Ariel]

• What would I give to live where you are? What would I pay to stay here beside you?

(Sebastian, Flounder, Sunlight, and the others arrive to watch with surprise)

• What would I do to see you smiling at me?
• Mikey: See, dudes? I told ya.

(Sebastian drops his mouth with shock as Scuttle shuts it back up)

• Where would we walk?
• Where would we run?
• If we could stay all day in the sun?
• Just you and me, and I could be part of your world

(Then barking was heard and Ariel spots Max the dog coming and leaves)

• Grimsby (V.O.): Eric!

(Max licks Eric in relief and joy to find him alive before noticing Ariel departing into the water)

• Grimsby (V.O.): Eric!

(Max barks happily. Grimsby comes)

• Grimsby: You really delight in these sadistic strains...(helps Eric up) on my blood pressure, don't you?
• Prince Eric: A-A girl rescued me. She... She was... singing. She had the most beautiful voice.
• Grimsby: Ah, Eric, I think you've swallowed a bit too much seawater. (helps him) Off we go. Come along, Max.

(Max leaves back with Eric and Grimsby)

• Sebastian: We're just gonna forget this whole thing ever happened. The sea king will never know. (to Flounder) You won't tell him. I won't tell him. I will stay in one piece.
• Bentley: This is going well!
• Rarity (EG): I agree, Bentley. This is so romantic that a mermaid is falling in love with a human prince!
• Applejack (EG): Nothing really gets by you, doesn’t it, Rarity?
• Rarity (EG): Of course not, darling. These adventures with all of you really fills me with joy!
• Raph: Great. Guess we’d better not tell her dad about this.
• Donnie: You think it’s a good idea to keep a secret like this?
• Bentley: King Triton’s not gonna be happy about this.
• Sunlight: Whether her father finds out or not, we have to keep it a secret for Ariel’s sake.
• Leo: Well, I’ll agree with you on that one.

[From behind Ariel, Ursula's pet eels, Flotsam and Jetsam, were spying with their glowing yellow eyes as Ursula, Rahzar, and Fishface noticed]

• Rahzar: Well… what do you think she's doing looking at the prince like that, Ursula?
• Ursula: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. I can't stand it. It's too easy! The child is in love with a human! And not just any human. A prince! (chuckles) Her daddy'll love that.
• Fishface: Eh, Ursula. What are you planning to do with the little princess?
• Ursula: King Triton's headstrong lovesick girl would make a charming addition to my little garden. (laughs evilly with Rahzar and Fishface)

Ariel in Love/Flounder's plan/"Under the Sea"/Triton Talks with Sebastian

[At the palace of Atlantica in Ariel and her sisters' room, we find Adrina, Aquata, Adella, and Attina present]

• Andrina: Ariel, dear, time to come out. You've been in there all morning.

[Ariel comes out humming Part of Your World happy while her sister looked baffled.]

• Attina: What is with her lately?

(They all watch her as her does her hair and continues humming as she then picks a water flower and swims off then bumps to her father King Triton)

• Ariel: Oh. Morning, Daddy. (puts the flower on his head)
• King Triton: Well! (chuckles)

(Ariel swims off humming happy as King Triton and his four daughter watch her leave)

• Attina: Oh, she's got it bad.
• King Triton: What? What has she got?
• Andrina: Isn't it obvious, Daddy? Ariel's in love.
• King Triton: Ariel? (Looks at the water flower) In love?
• French Narrator: Meanwhile.
• Asuna: So, guys, how’s everything so far?
• Sora: Everything’s fine, Asuna. Not a Heartless in sight.
• Raph: Except for the part of when Triton’s going find out that Ariel’s in love with a human - if that does happen, that is!
• Jak: Yeah. I agree with Raph on this one.
• Amy Rose: But he won’t, he mustn’t know.
• Waffle: I still have my King Triton sock puppet. (Speaks for the sock puppet) Oh, uh, I’m the mighty King Triton. Splee. And, uh, why don’t you take all my coins and buy candy?

[Blik grabs the sock puppet.]

• Mr. Blik: Waffle, enough!
• Waffle: (Choking, still acting as the sock puppet) Choking… (Clutches his neck) Can’t breathe…
• Mr. Blik: (Yanks the sock puppet off Waffle’s hand) Stop! This is a sock!
• Waffle: Says you!

[Waffle and Blik begin to bicker, when Gordon intervenes.]

• Gordon: Will you two quit it!
• Leo: We need to find a way to help Ariel.
• Donnie: Agreed. But how are we supposed to help her?
• Flounder: I’ve got an idea, Donnie.
• Donnie: You do?

(Flounder swims away.)

• Flounder: I know how to cheer Ariel up! C’mon, follow me!

[Back with Ariel, she is somewhere in the sea with Sebastian by her side]

• Sebastian: Okay. So far, so good. I don't think the king knows. (A yellow petal fell on him and he blew it away) But it will not be easy keeping something like this a secret for long.
• Ariel: (Sighs and picks a petal from a flower) He loves me. (Picks another) Mmm. He loves me not. (Picks another; happily) He loves me! (Laughs) I knew it! (Laughs happy)
• Sebastian: Ariel, stop talking crazy!
• Ariel: I gotta see him again, tonight. Scuttle knows where he lives.
• Sebastian: Ariel, please! Will you get your head out of the clouds and back in the water where it belongs?
• Ariel: I'll swim up to his castle, then Flounder will splash around to get his attention.
• Sebastian: Down here is your home!

(Music plays)

• Sebastian: Ariel, listen to me. The human world, it's a mess. Life under the sea is better than any'ting they got up there!

(Ariel follows them. Sebastian and the rest continued on without knowing)

• Sebastian: The sea king?
• Harold: He wants to see you right away; Something about Ariel. (swims off)
• Sebastian: (gasps; whispers) He knows!
• (Cut back to Triton.)
• King Triton: (stares at the flower and chuckles) Let's see, now. . . . Oh, who could the lucky merman be? (Notices Sebastian) Uh, ahem. Come in, Sebastian.
• Sebastian: (Sotto) I mustn't overreact. I must remain calm.

(Sebastian walks towards Triton.)

• Sebastian: (high-pitched) Yes - (clears throat) yes, Your Majesty.
• King Triton: Now, Sebastian, I'm concerned about Ariel. Have you noticed she's been acting peculiar lately?
• Sebastian: Peculiar?
• King Triton: You know, moaning about, daydreaming, singing to herself...You haven't noticed, hmm?
• Sebastian: Oh - well, I -
• King Triton: Sebastian...
• Sebastian: Hmmm?
• King Triton: I know you've been keeping something from me...
• Sebastian: Keeping...something?
• King Triton: About Ariel?
• Sebastian: (his legs start quivering and he covers them with his claws) Ariel . . . ?
• King Triton: In love?
• Sebastian: (he couldn’t take it anymore and blurts it out) I tried to stop her, sir. She wouldn't listen. I told her to stay away from humans - they are bad, they are trouble, they--
• King Triton: Humans?! (enraged) WHAT ABOUT HUMANS!?!
• Sebastian: Humans? (nervous laugh) Who said anything about humans? (gets grabbed by the angry sea king)

It's A Surprise/Destruction of the Grotto/Encountering Flotsam and Jetsam/The truth about King Triton's hatred on the humans

[Meanwhile, Flounder, Sunlight, and the others lead Ariel to the grotto.]

• Ariel: You guys, why can't you just tell me what this is all about?
• Flounder: You'll see. It's a surprise.
• Waffle and Pinkie (EG): Surprise!

[She sees a statue of Prince Eric]

• Ariel: Oh, you guys. Guys, you're the best!
• Sora: It's a pretty cool statue, huh?
• Donald: It looks like some kinda prince.

[Ariel swims up to it]

• Ariel: A prince!? It looks just like him! It even has his eyes! (giggles) Why, Eric...Run away with you? (giggles) This is all so...so sudden.
• Sora: Ariel… We’re here to help you, you know.

[Ariel spins around giggling with joy. Then, Tammy turns and sees a shadow behind her.]

• Tammy: (Surprised and scared) Uh, guys…? I hate to interrupt, but... (Points to the shadow)

[Then, everyone turns and is shocked to see King Triton standing angrily in her grotto. They were surprised by his sudden appearance. Ariel notices her father.]

• Ariel: (Gasps) Daddy!
• Donnie: How the heck did he find this place?

[Sebastian nervously looked and saw Ariel and her friends completely nervous of seeing Triton in the grotto.]

• Mina: (Looks at Sebastian angrily) You told him, Sebastian?!
• Mikey: (To Sebastian) Not cool, bro.
• Raph: (To Sunlight and Kieran) I told you he won't like this one bit!

[Flounder hid himself as Triton spoke to his daughter]

• King Triton: I consider myself a reasonable merman. (Enters the grotto) I set certain rules and I expect those rules to be obeyed.
• Ariel: But Daddy, I...
• King Triton: Is it true you rescued a human from drowning?
• Ariel: Daddy, I had to...
• King Triton: Contact between the human world and the merworld is strictly forbidden! Ariel, you know that! Everyone knows that!
• Ariel: He would've died!
• Sunlight: Yeah, Ariel had to save him. She can't just let him drown!
• King Triton: One less human to worry about!
• Sonic: But you don't understand how much he means to her!
• Mina: Yeah! And besides, you don't even know him!
• King Triton: Know him? I don't have to know him! They're all the same! Spineless, savage, harpooning fish-eaters! Incapable of any feeling…
• Ariel: DADDY, I LOVE HIM! (Gasps as she hides behind the statue)
• Leo, Donnie, and Raph: No!
• Sunlight: Oh no!
• Spongebob & Patrick: (Gasps)

[Sebastian and the others gasps in shock.]

• Jimmy: (Ratchet's voice) Oh boy.
• King Triton: No! Have you lost your senses completely? He's a human, you're a mermaid!
• Ariel: I don't care!
• King Triton: So help me, Ariel, I am going to get through to you! And if this is the only way, so be it!
• Ratchet: This can’t be good.
• Raph: What is that glow, Donnie?
• Donnie: Triton’s gonna use the power of his trident to destroy her collection!
• Mikey: Yeah-ha!.. Oh, wait. What?
• Donnie: Let’s get outta here!
• Mr. Blik: You heard him! Now!
• SpongeBob: Let's get out of here, Patrick!

[SpongeBob and Patrick started swim away screaming.]

• Sly: Let’s hit it!

[Everyone swims out the grotto. With his trident at full power, Triton pointed it towards one of Ariel's treasures and blasted it. The blast was intense, and it spooked Ariel, including Sebastian.]

• Ariel: Daddy! No, no, please!

[But Triton, in his rage, refused to stop. He continued pointing his trident at one artifact and then another, mindlessly destroying everything in his path.]

• Ariel: Daddy, stop! Daddy, stop it!

[But the angry merman refused to stop and rethink. Several blasts from the trident coming from here and there, they were trapped. Ariel swam to her angry father and tried stopping him, but it was no use. The only treasure left in the grotto was the statue of Eric. Seeing that he is now focused on that, Ariel turned to her angry father.]

• Ariel: Daddy, no!

[But Triton ignored the pleas of his frightened daughter and blasted the statue. The statue cracked apart before blowing up in a big explosion. Pieces of the statue flew around the grotto as the explosion subsided. The trident calmed down as Ariel looked in horror at where the statue was. Her grotto, full of many treasures just minutes ago, was now a barren cave with much wreckage. Overcome with sadness, Ariel collapsed onto the ground and started sobbing. Triton, knowing that his time in the grotto was over, didn't say a word and turned to leave. Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder were the only ones left in the grotto and they were all terrified at what just happened. Feeling terrible for Ariel, Sebastian approached the crying girl and tried to comfort her.]

• Sebastian: Ariel, I...
• Ariel: (Softly) Just go away.

[Sebastian, remorseful for leading King Triton into the grotto, which resulted in the destruction of Ariel's treasures, leaves soberly with Flounder. Ariel was now on her own, sobbing over losing her treasures, all that she collected for years, and the Eric statue, the newest and most fascinating treasure of them all. She was now left with nothing.]

• Fishface: Well, the little princess is in a sad mood.
• Rahzar: (To Flotsam and Jetsam) All right, fellas. Now, it’s your cue.

[Just then, Ursula's eels, Flotsam and Jetsam, were watching from above. Seeing that Ariel is alone, they slither in the grotto.]

• Flotsam: Poor child.
• Jetsam: Poor, sweet child.
• Flotsam: She has a very serious problem.
• Jetsam: If only there was something we could do.
• Flotsam: But there is something.
• Ariel: (slowly tries to calm down after the chaotic incident, she looks nervously at the eels) Who-who are you?
• Jetsam: Don't be scared.
• Flotsam: We represent someone who can help you.
• Jetsam: Someone who can make all your dreams come true.
• Flotsam & Jetsam: Just imagine.
• Jetsam: You and your prince.
• Flotsam & Jetsam: Together forever.
• Ariel: I don't understand.
• Jetsam: Ursula has great powers.
• Ariel: The sea witch? Why that's...I couldn’t possibly... No! Get out of here! Leave me alone!
• Flotsam: Suit yourself.
• Jetsam: That was only a suggestion. (flicks the piece of the statue to Ariel)
• [Ariel looks down at the piece and sees Eric's face on it. She picks it up and looks at it. It reminded her of how the statue and the rest of her treasures were destroyed by her father's rage. Seeing that there was now no way of being with Eric now that her father learned about him and seeing what he did to her collection in the grotto, Ariel makes her decision.]
• Ariel: Wait!
• Flotsam & Jetsam: Yes?
• French Narrator: Meanwhile...

[Sunlight and the others have stopped by an area a few miles away from the grotto.]

• Leafa: I can't believe he did that!
• Lilac: I know. King Triton shouldn't have done that to her!
• Patrick: This is all Sebastian's fault! If he hadn't told King Triton the secret in the first place...! Then Ariel's grotto wouldn't be destroyed!
• Mina: I agree, Patrick. That is so messed up that he told on her!
• Raphael: I can't believe Sebastian blew it.
• Ratchet: Yeah, I mean, he can't take his daughter's happiness away.
• Amy: It’s wrong to take away someone's happiness... even your children's...
• Leonardo: Well, that's what fathers do, they protect their kids. Just like Master Splinter protect us when he told us not to go to the topside.
• Gordon Quid: Aye, at least he's not here to help us.

[Sunlight, Kieran, Sora, Donald and Goofy nodded.]

• Tammy: The Queen was killed by the humans?!

[Both Kirito and Asuna were also shocked of what happened to Ariel's mother.]

• Kirito: You gotta be kidding...
• Tails: So that's why he hated all humans...
• Jak: I can't believe they'd killed her!
• SpongeBob: Neither can I! That is the most saddest thing I ever heard!

[SpongeBob and Patrick started crying.]

Ursula's Lair/"Poor Unfortunate Souls"/Ariel Accepts the Deal to Become Human

[Meanwhile, outside the grotto, Flounder and Sebastian are trying to recover from Triton's violent outburst.]

• Flounder: (Sniffs) Poor Ariel.
• Sebastian: I didn't mean to tell, it was an accident.

[Ariel passes by with Flotsam and Jetsam.]

• Sebastian: Ariel - where are you going? Ariel, what are you doing here with this riff-raff?
• Ariel: I'm going to see Ursula.
• Sebastian: (Gasps) Ariel, no! No, she's a demon, she's a monster!
• Ariel: Why don't you go tell my father? You're good at that. (Swims away)
• Sebastian: But . . . But, I . . . (To Flounder) Come on.

[They travel towards Ursula's cavern. Upon arriving Ursula's lair.]

• Flotsam & Jetsam: This way!

[As Ariel went inside her lair.]

• Ursula: Come in. Come in, my child. We mustn't lurk in doorways. It's rude. One might question your upbringing. (Chuckles as she looks at herself in the mirror) Now then, you’re here because you have a thing for this human: this, eh, prince fellow. Not that I blame you. He is quite a catch, isn't he? (Chuckles) Well, angelfish, the solution to your problem is simple. The only way to get what you want is to become a human yourself.
• Ariel: (Gasps) Can you do that?
• Ursula: My dear, sweet child. That's what I do. It's what I live for: to help unfortunate merfolk, like yourself. Poor souls with no one else to turn to. (Starts to sing)

• Now, it's happened once or twice
• Someone couldn't pay the price
• And I'm afraid I had to rake 'em 'cross the coals
• Yes, I've had the odd complaint
• But on the whole, I've been a saint
• To those poor unfortunate souls
• Ursula: Now here's the deal. I will make you a potion that will turn you into a human for three days. Got that? Three days. Now, listen. This is important. Before the sun sets on the third day, you've got to get dear old princy to fall in love with you. That is, he's got to kiss you. Not just any kiss. The kiss of true love.

[Flounder and Sebastian sneak in and watch Ursula talking with Ariel about her deal.]

• Ursula: If he does kiss you before the sun sets on the third day, you'll remain human permanently. But if he doesn't, you'll turn back into a mermaid. And...you belong...to me.
• Sebastian: No, Ariel!
• [Flotsam and Jetsam silences Flounder and Sebastian by wrapping their tails around them.]
• Ursula: Have we got a deal?
• Ariel: If I become human, I'll never be with my father or sisters again.
• Ursula: That's right. But you'll have your man. (Chuckles) Life's full of tough choices, isn't it? (Cackles) Oh! And there is one more thing. We haven't discussed the subject of payment. You can't get something for nothing you know.
• Ariel: But I don't have any...
• Ursula: (Covers Ariel's mouth with tentacle) I'm not asking much. Just a token, really, a trifle. You'll never even miss it. What I want from you is…your voice.
• Ariel: (Confused) My voice?
• Ursula: You got it, sweetcakes. No more talking, singing. Zip!
• Ariel: But without my voice, how can I...
• Ursula: You'll have your looks! Your pretty face!
• [Ursula]
• And don't underestimate the importance of body language! Ha!
• The men up there don't like a lot of blabber
• They think a girl who gossips is a bore!

[Ursula mixes potions into her cauldron.]

• If you want to cross the bridge, my sweet, you've got the pay the toll (Creates a contract)
• Take a gulp and take a breath, and go ahead and sign the scroll
• Flotsam, Jetsam, now I've got her, boys
• The boss is on a roll!

[Ariel, under pressure, but knowing that she could no longer trust her father or Sebastian, and feeling that this was the only way for her to be with Eric, took the pen.]

• THIS POOR UNFORTUNATE SOUL!

[Ariel signed her name on the contract as Sebastian and Flounder watched in horror. Their mermaid friend was selling her freedom for her desire.]

• Flounder: Ariel! Don't!

[Sunlight and the others swim in.]

• Sebastian: Sora, guys, please! You got to stop her, mon!
• Kieran and Sora: Wait!
• Sunlight: Ariel, no!
• Rahzar: Sorry, heroes. Looks like you’re a little too late. (Chuckles evilly)
• Fishface: (To Ursula) If I were you, I’d cast that spell right now!

[With Ariel having signed the contract, Ursula took the contract and prepared for Ariel's transformation. Waves of magic surrounded the duo as Ariel watched nervously.]

• Beluga sevruga, come winds of the Caspian Sea
• Larynxes, glossitis, and max Laryngitis, la voce to me!

(Ursula summons big ghostly green hands)

• Ursula: Now sing!

[Ariel starts to sing. While she sings, her neck glows. Ursula creates a large wind tunnel, blocking Sora from them.]

• Kieran: It’s no use!
• Ursula: Keep singing!

[The voice, glowing brightly outside of Ariel's neck, was sucked into Ursula's nautilus shell necklace. Ursula watched menacingly as the voice disappeared in the shell. With Ariel's voice now hers, Ursula sent a magic bubble over Ariel while cackling maniacally. Everyone watched in complete horror as Ariel was transforming from mermaid, into human. It was absolutely frightening for them. The beautiful, green tail that covered Ariel from the waist down disappeared and was replaced by two legs. Now having transformed Ariel into a human, the bubble disappeared, but now Ariel was left unable to breathe underwater and she couldn't swim either.]

• Sora: Oh no! She can’t breathe like that!

[Sebastian and Flounder gasp in horror at the predicament Ariel is now in. Ursula continues to laugh. The group jumped out of their hiding places, rushed over to Ariel, and swam up to the surface as fast as they could. They made it up to the surface just in time. Ariel breathes the breath of air for the first time. With that problem solved, everyone guides her to the nearby shore. But will they be able to help their friend, especially in this dire time, and without her voice? This was now a serious problem for them.]

On Land/Human Ariel/Eric finds Ariel and Takes her in

(Meanwhile, Prince Eric is sitting by the shore, playing his fife. He couldn't stop thinking about the mysterious girl who saved him from the storm. He paces around while Max happily barks.)

• Prince Eric: That voice. I can't get it out of my head. (kneels down to his dog) I looked everywhere, Max. Where could she be?

(Cut to see our heroes, exhausted upon helping Ariel reach land. Flounder and Sebastian breathe heavily in exhaustion. Sebastian collapses down as he succumbs to his tiredness. Ariel wakes up only to see her legs much to her shock. She raises one up and sees her new foot, then wiggles her toes in amazement)

• Sci-Twi: I can’t believe it, Ariel! You’ve got legs!
• Scuttle: Well, look at what the catfish dragged in! (laughs and lands on Ariel's new legs) Look at ya. Look at ya. There's something different. Don't tell me. I got it. It's your hairdo, right? You've been using the dinglehopper, right?

(Kieran, Sunlight Sora, Donald, and Goofy sigh. Donnie and Sonic facepalm. Kirito looks down in disappointment. Ariel shakes her head)

• Scuttle: No? No, huh? Well, let me see. New seashells? (Ariel doesn't answer) No new seashells. (Ariel shakes her leg)
• Jak: It’s official; he’s dumb.
• Scuttle: I gotta admit, I can't put my foot on it right now…

(Everyone but Patrick is annoyed at Scuttle's stupidity)

• Raph: (while Scuttle is talking) Would someone tell him already?!
• Scuttle: …But if I just stand here long enough, I just know that…
• Sebastian: SHE'S GOT LEGS, YOU IDIOT!
• Leo and Sonic: Thank you!
• Sebastian: She traded her voice to the sea witch and got legs. Geez, man!
• Scuttle: I knew that.
• Flounder: Ariel’s been turned into a human.
• Asuna: Eyes closed, boys.

(Kieran Sora and the rest of the boys all close their eyes as Ariel gets up.)

• Flounder: She's gotta make the prince fall in love with her, and he's gotta ki- he's gotta kiss her.

(Ariel tries to get up.)

• Sebastian: And she’s only got three days.

(Then, Ariel trips and water splashes on Scuttle, Sebastian, and Flounder.)

• Sebastian: Just look at her! On legs! On human legs! (Gasps) My nerves are shot. This is a catastrophe! What would her father say? I'll tell you what her father would say. (grabs Flounder by the face) He said he's gonna kill himself a crab! That's what her father would say!
• Hazel: Take it easy, Sebastian!
• Sebastian: Don’t tell me to take it easy! (Grabs Hazel by the face) How can I take it easy at a time like this?!
• Hazel: (Lowers her brows) I suppose you have a better idea?
• Sebastian: I'm gonna march myself straight home right now and tell him like I (gets scooped up by Ariel) should have done the minute...(Ariel shakes her head "no") And don't you shake your head at me, young lady. Maybe there's still time. If we could get that witch to give you back your voice, you could go home with all the normal fish and just be...

[Ariel makes a sad, gloomy look on her face at Sebastian.]

• Sebastian: Eh, just be… (gives in) Just be miserable for the rest of your life. (sighs sadly upon seeing Ariel's gloomy face and gives in) All right, all right. I'll try to help you find that prince. (gets kissed by Ariel and is set down on the rock) Boy, what a soft shell I'm turning out to be.
• Rarity (EG): Okay, before we get started with helping Ariel find her prince (mumbling), there's just one tiny, teeny-weensey, little thing we should do first.
• Sunset Shimmer: What's that?
• Rarity (EG): Uhhhh... (quickly) We really need to find some clothes for Ariel to put on!
• Scuttle: They’re right, Ariel, (picks up an old ship sail) if you wanna be a human, the first thing you gotta do is dress like one. Now let me see.
• (Cut to see Prince Eric and Max)
• Prince Eric: Max? Huh . . . what, Max!
• (Meanwhile)
• Scuttle: (whistle) You look great, kid. You look sensational.
• (Suddenly, everyone heard Max's bark nearby and looked. They spotted Max running towards them. Flounder got spooked and hid underwater.)
• Waffle: A dog!
• (Sora, Donald, and Goofy quickly hide)
• Gordon: Oh, Hovis!
• Donnie: Holy mackerel!
• (Scuttle flew off, and Sebastian, knowing that Ariel would need her, rushed to the girl and hid in her dress. Ariel tried getting away from Max, but the hyper sheepdog kept intercepting her at every turn. Ariel got on a small rock as Max licked her face.)
• Prince Eric (V.O.): Max!
• (Max hears Eric and runs for him as Ariel watches with surprise as her beloved Prince Eric comes)
• Prince Eric: (calling) Max! (Max comes to him) Quiet, Max.
• Max: (barking excited)
• Prince Eric: What's gotten into you, fella? (notices) Oh. (he finds Ariel on the rock) Oh, I see.
• Max: (barks excited)
• (Ariel looks her best as Eric approaches)
• Prince Eric: Are you okay, miss? I'm sorry if this knucklehead scared you. Heh. He's harmless, really, uh...
• (Ariel looks at him charmingly)
• Prince Eric: You seem very familiar to me. Have we met?
• (Ariel nods with a smile while Max barks happy)
• Prince Eric: We have met. I knew it. You're the one, the one I've been looking for. What's your name?
• (Max looks excited, while Ariel tried to say her name but then remembered her voice was gone so she can't speak and looked sad)
• Prince Eric: What's wrong? What is it?
• (Ariel taps to where her voice was)
• Prince Eric: You can't speak? (she sadly nods no) Oh! Oh, then you couldn't be who I thought.
• Max: (blows a sigh)
• Ariel: (blows a sigh)
• (Ariel then got an idea and tried to use body language to explain)
• Prince Eric: What is it? You're hurt? (she tries to explain) No, no. You need help?
• (She tries again but then starts falling off the rock to Eric as he catches her)
• Prince Eric: Whoa, whoa, careful! Careful, easy.
• (They stared at each with silence)
• Prince Eric: Gee, you must have really been through something. Don't worry. Don't worry. I'll help you. Come on. Come on. You'll be okay.
• (Ariel looks to her friends with a smile and Scuttle gives her thumbs up)
• Sly: Good luck out there, Ariel.
• ???

• Sunlight: We just had to be patient first, then Eric will know the truth about Ariel being his rescuer before sunset on the third day.
• Sora: We have to help Ariel make the Prince fall in love with her.
• Goofy: And we have to keep this a secret from her father.
• Donnie: He’s right. We have to hide it from King Triton and his subjects.
• Kieran: Donnie's right—no one mustn’t tell him at all.
• Ratchet: Yeah. Great.
