T.C. the steam trolley
T.C. '(Tucker Ciper) is a trolley that's been converted to use steam he came from Europe, back then, been with his Uncle most of the time, and then joined the Cartoon World Railway. T.C. is painted green with black lettering, brass rods and hand rails, red roof and wheel base, and has a gold whistle and bell. When he was still in Europe, his Dad was in the army, so he left Europe and came to Cartoon World and stayed with his uncle P.F. until he went to join the CW railway.
