(Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?), M.A.D (1983), along with the criminal empires of the Joker, Penguin, Two-Face, Riddler, Rupert Thorne, Negaduck, and Lex Luthor, as they provide them with money, weapons, technology, and other resources in their plans for world domination.
The organization of Team Rocket are rivals/enemies with the Purple Dragons (2003), the Mob (TMNT 2003), Intergang, and the League of Assassins.
