Tempest is an OC created by Tabbykitth. He is a supporting antagonist of Joey's Adventure Series and Tabbic Journeys. He is Tabari's twin brother who joined C.E.O in order to get his revenge on his brother for picking on him. He is Tabari's arch-nemesis.

Tempest is 6'1ft with a half black face, a black and red gas mask, and black hair while having a red aura glowing from his body. He usually wears a pair of black goggles, a black suit with a black tie on it, a black hood, and a black cape with a black and red sniper rile on his back.
Personality[]
Unlike his twin brother who is friendly, Tempest is very aggressive and hostile. He is known to be sadistic and arrogant as well. Despite this, he is very loyal to C.E.O and is known to care for anyone in The Crown's Syndicate.
Powers and abilites[]
Like his twin brother, Tempest is well known to be a nigh-omnipotent and is also known to have omniscience. He is also able to control darkness, light, earth, water, wind, fire, ice, time, metal, and electricity. He can also fly. He is skilled at using a sword and guns. He is also able to heal himself and others and he is immune to projectiles hitting him. However, he will feel the pain of the projectile getting taken off him. Unlike his twin brother who's fire powers can be different colors, Tempest can emit black flames from his body.
