He is 6.1ft tall with all of his body being made out of metal such as his short brown hair, his black leather jacket, black jeans, black shirt, black boots, black gloves, and his black armor. He also wears a black tattered cape on his back.
Personality[]
He is very sadistic and arrogant. He is determined to defeat and kill Joey and make sure the Tabbyverse never gets a number one hero again. He is also very wrathful and will quickly lose his temper if things go south for him.
Powers and Abilites[]
Tempest Thunderburst is able to control electricity, darkness, and magnetism. He also has seven robotic tails similar to Tails Nine's tails that allow to climb up walls and attack multiple people at a time. He is also very skilled at martial arts. He is also capable of using many weapons such as swords, bows and arrows, a staff, knives, and guns with ease. He is also very intelligent.
