The Black

The Black, the title character in the first film.

The Black (real name: Shetan) is an Arabian horse and the title character in The Black Stallion films and TV series. In The Young Black Stallion, the Black befriends a young girl named Neera, who trains and later rides him in the competition to restore her grandfather's money and respect. In the first film of the almost same name, he becomes friends with a young American boy named Alec Ramsay shortly after a shipwreck.
