The Kecleon Caper!/Transcript

(Episode begins)
Narrator: It's another sunny day for our heroes on the road to Olivine City, but something is about to overshadow them.
(Right on cue, our heroes are covered by a large shadow. And when they look up, they find a blimp flying overhead)
Ash: Whoa! A blimp!
Sucy: So cool!!
Brock: Technically, it's a dirigible.
Ben: That's right. Dirigibles were very popular way back when.
Liam: Uh, guys. I think Xatu is trying to tell us something.
(The group listened to what Xatu had to say to them)
Xatu: (telepathically) "Sorry for interrupting you dirigible watching, but the writers couldn't let me do what I'm going to do in the last episode. So can I concentrate Azusa's past, as Liam and Azusa requested earlier?"
Ritsu: Geez, Liam, that Xatu of yours is a blabbermouth.
(Xatu was quickly offended by Ritsu's comment)
Xatu: (telepathically) "Hey! How about you watch your mouth when you speak, Ritsu! Do you want to get pecked?"
(Mio pounds Ritsu)
Mio: Xatu's right, your comments just insulted him.
Ritsu: Oh!
Ben: Well, what about that dirigible? Any idea where it's going?
Brock: It's probably heading for the big air station that's just up the road a bit.
Ash: Come on! Let's go check it out!
Pikachu: Pika! ("Onward!")
Jenny: We've to be on that thing!
Ace: Do we have to?
Jenny: Yes!
Ben: And as we're running, Xatu can tell us what it was going to say.
Xatu: (telepathically) "Azusa, you had a rough start as a senior, correct?"
Azusa: H-how did you know?
Xatu: (telepathically) "We Xatu have the ability to see the past of Pokemon and people alike, but the future is something I cannot say."
Azusa: Dexter said that Xatu can also see the future of people and Pokemon. But maybe Xatu doesn't want to reveal it, or else he may spoil it.
Ben: I agree.
Ace: Who knows what the future holds for my sweet Miki and I?
Ben: That later, this now.
Xatu: (telepathically) "After Azusa's senpais graduated, Ui and Jun both joined as full fledged members, with Ui becoming guitarist much like her sister, Yui, and Jun becoming a bassist like Mio. But, the major drawback for Azusa was her leadership, during the first concert, she forgot about something she had lacked."
Ben: What would that be?
Xatu: (telepathically) "Singing."
Yui: Singing?! Azu-nyan couldn't sing?!
Azusa: Xatu's right, Yui-senpai.
Xatu: (telepathically) "When she tried to do the skit herself, she failed miserably, leaving her feeling sorry for herself by slumping on a table, feeling depressed that she couldn't be as great as her senpai, like she had failed to live up to Yui's expectations."
Ben: Well, that's a shock.
Mugi: I never would've guessed.
Azusa: I felt that I had let Yui-senpai down.
Yui: (smiles) But you didn't, Azu-nyan. I couldn't sing and play at the same time when I first tried it. Remember when I forgot to sing the lyrics when I played Geeta?
Ritsu: I sure do. You had to get training from Sawako for a week.
Xatu: (telepathically) "But despite her sorry state and the fact she was bad at singing due to her inexperience, Sumire and Nao joined as full fledged members anyway."
Ben: So that's how Sumire and Nao became part of the club.
Liam: What happened next?
Xatu: (telepathically) "During their summer training camp, after Azusa got tanned again, Sawako willingly helped Azusa learn how to sing as she saw her having trouble with it. Ui couldn't do it because she was on guitar, Jun was on the bass so she couldn't do it either, Sumire was unable to do it either due to being on drums, and Nao cannot play anything as she was a composer, so the only person who had to do the vocals and sing was Azusa herself."
Azusa: I had to do it, None of my members could and they can't take the pressure of singing.
Mio: I get it now, It's not that Azusa wasn't able to sing due to how bad she was, but she had to ask Sawa-chan to help her learn to sing, and she also had no choice but to do it.
Azusa: Mio-senpai's right, I had no choice. It's not that I wanted to learn how to sing, its because I didn't want the club to disband or go without a vocalist, so I had to do the vocals for Yui-senpai's sake.
Yui: Keep going, Xatu!
Xatu: (telepathically) "After some failed attempts, she managed to sing a note. By the time, the school festival came, Azusa had mastered at singing, and she sung beautifully, by the time her time at senior year and high school had ended. She, Ui and Jun all graduated. But not long after, Sumire and Nao graduated the following year."
Ben: And they all joined with the originals?
Mugi: That's right. They met up with us afterwards and they became part of After School Teatime.
Liam: I didn't know you had that kind of backstory, my cute little Azu-nyan. That's what I love about you. You always try your hardest to keep the club alive.
Azusa: (teary-eyed) Liam.
(Azusa then kissed Liam out of pure joy)
Liam: And you care a lot for me, too.
Xatu: (telepathically) "Liam's telling the truth!"
(As our heroes soak in what they heard, they approach the spot the dirigible lands)
Ash: Wow. That's awesome!
Misty: It's so big!
Brock: It must be some kind of cargo carrier.
Reporter: No, that's the Leviathan 2 on its maiden voyage circumnavigating the globe.
Ben: First the Columbia, now this thing! What's next?
Misty: It's on it's maiden voyage?
Ash: Circumnavigating?
Reporter: Yeah. You know, flying all the way around the world. It's 200 meters long, carries a crew of sixty, and 200 passengers. It's got all-luxury suites, three gourmet restaurants, even a theater! It's like a five star floating hotel!
Misty: Cool!
Ash: Totally!
Reporter: I can't wait to get aboard and check it out!
(Pikachu marvels at the mighty vessel as the Liam's Adventures of Pokemon Johto League Champions theme song plays)
Ash: (V.O.) The Kecleon Caper!
Brock: I sure would like to see what that thing looks like in the inside.
Ash: Yeah.
(Soon, one of the crew comes down)
Crewman: May I have your attention, please? Is there a Pokemon doctor here in the crowd? We have a situation on board.
Ash: What's going on, sir?
Crewman: Two of our passengers' Pokemon aren't feeling very well and they need help.
Ash: Pokemon?
Ben: Ill Pokemon, you say?
Crewman: Unfortunately, we don't have a Pokemon doctor on board, and the nearest Pokemon Center is in Olivine City, and their airport can't handle a ship this size.
Brock: No sweat. I'll be glad to take out those Pokemon.
Crewman: You're a doctor?
Brock: No, I'm a Pokémon Breeder and I always carry a supply Pokémon remedies.
Crewman: Hey! A breeder! That should do, come on board!
(Soon, our heroes are aboard the dirigible)
Misty: Wow! From the outside you'd never know it looks like this inside.
Ben: Very classy.
(Up ahead, Brock sees two tall ladies)
Crewman; These are the passengers whose Pokemon have been feeling under the weather.
???: My name is Madison and this is my sister, Alexa, and we're very glad you're here.
Brock: Me, too! My name's Brock, I'm a Pokemon Breeder! And I think I can help your Pokemon recover and all I ask in return is that one or both of you BECOMES MY PERMANENT GIRLFRIENDS! Is it a deal?
(Misty yanks Brock away by the ear while Miki chuckles)
Misty: You're the one who needs a doctor!
Ben: Forgive him, Miss Madison and Miss Alexa. Now, what seems to be the trouble?
Madison: I'm afraid riding in this blimp has made our Pokemon a tad air sick.
Ash: What kind of Pokemon are they, Miss?
Madison: Greeny and Reddy are our adorable little Kecleon.
Ash: Where are they?
Madison: Oh, Greeny? Reddy? Come on out. Someone's here to make you feel better.
(Both Pokemon soon reveal themselves, having been camouflaged until called for)
Ben: So they were camouflaged. No wonder we couldn't see them right away.
(The purple Kecleon approaches Madison)
Madison: This is my darling Reddy.
(The green Kecleon approaches Alexa)
Alexa: And this is my sweet Greeny.
Misty Wow. The same type of Pokemon in two designer colors.
Ash: Brock, have you ever seen a Kecleon before?
Brock: Never. Only in a Pokédex.
Alexa: They They were both fine until, last night.
Madison: It was extremely windy and the blimp rolled from side to side for hours.
Ben: Sounds like air sickness if I ever heard it.
Yui: Kinda like how I sometimes get carsick.
Ace: You're telling me. (burp)
Brock: (removes backpack) It sounds to me like a simple case of motion sickness, ladies. But luckily, (pulls out a medicine bottle) I have the remedy. (approaches the Kecleon) Okay, here you go. (puts pills into both Kecleons' mouths) Here's something to settle those restless tummies and then Brock's Vita-Burger, my tasty, nutritional supplement packed with with vitamins and minerals. (puts two Vita-Burgers into the Kecelons' mouths)
(In moments, Reddy and Greeny perk up. Meanwhile, outside the dirigible, Team Rocket stands on top of it)
Jessie: I heard it was big, but I must say I never expected anything quite this big!
James: This thing is gigantic. I bet you could play a game of soccer up here.
Meowth: How could you play soccer here? If a player missed a pass, the ball would roll right off da side.
James: Well, what about baseball?
Meowth: Maybe, but I'd hate to have to chase a fowl ball up on dis.
Jessie: Oh, will you stop blathering? We have here a once in a lifetime chance to acquire a new base of operations.
James: Yeah!
Meowth: Let's get to woik!
Jessie: If things go well, Team Rocket will finally be able to travel the skies in style!
(Team Rocket lets down a rope and climbs down to the ground)
James: This would be a thousand times better than that ratty, old Meowth balloon.
Jessie: It's got restaurants and boutiques and pulsating showerheads.
Meowth: It's like a flying hotel!
James: Let's go check in the cockpit and check it out.
(Team Rocket touches the ground and heads for the cockpit)
Jessie: (chuckles) Luckily for us, the crew's nowhere in sight.
Meowth: What're we waiting for?
(They soon approach the steering wheel)
James: All one of us has to do now is get the engine started, take to the air and we're home free!
Team Rocket: Go right ahead!
Meowth: (realizes something) I don't know how to drive a blimp, do you?
James: Unfortunately, our plan to commandeer this luxurious aircraft was nothing but a lot of hot air.
(Team Rocket sighs)
Jessie: Alright, then. We'll have to go to our plan B. If we can't steal the thing itself, we'll just steal everything in it. With the prices they charge, the passengers should be loaded with goodies.
Meowth: Sounds good to Meowth!
James: I was so looking forward to sleeping on a mattress tonight.
Jessie: After we steal all the loot on board, you can sell your share and sleep on your wallet.
(Meanwhile, the Kecleon are seen happily running around)
Madison: Well, Brock, my Reddy seems healthy as ever.
Alexa: And so does Greeny.
Brock: I'm glad to hear it.
Madison: And we all have you to thank. (to the crewman) Could you take them back to my state room for their afternoon nap?
Crewman: I'd be glad to, miss. Right this way.
(As the crewman leads the Kecleon away, Liam gets out his Pokédex for more information)
Dexter (Liam's): Kecleon, the Color Swap Pokemon. Kecleon is able to change the colors of its body at will and is known for frequently using this ability to camouflage itself. However, it is unable to change the color of its red stripe. Its color also changes based on its mood and health, darkening in color with better health. By using camouflage to appear almost invisible, it can sneak up on prey and ensnare it with its long pink tongue. If unnoticed for too long though, it pouts and may never reveal itself.
Madison: I've been admiring your Pikachu.
Alexa: And your Togepi is simply darling.
Ash: Thanks.
Misty: We really like your Pokemon, too.
Brock: Hey, I have some really cool Pokemon, too, you know. You wanna see? Come on out, Pineco!
(Pineco materializes)
Brock: (picks up Pineco) This one's pretty cute, too, don't you think?
(Pineco suddenly blows up in Brock's face, causing Miki to giggle)
Brock: As you can see, Pineco has a really dynamite personality.
Ben: Forgive him, his Pinceco always does that. So, if I'm correct, those Kecleon aren't exactly Johto natives.
Miki: Check out my Pokémon!
(Snapper, Kanehekili, Zephyr, Luvdisc, Vulpix and Ringo materialize. Meanwhile, in Madison's state room, the Kecleon sense someone coming, so they both go into hiding when the door opens and Team Rocket peeks in)
Jessie: Come on, nobody's home.
(The three soon start snooping around)
Jessie: Let's see. (opens the closet) Nice material.
(As Jessie talks, Greeny peeks out to see what they're doing)
Meowth: Hey, I tink I found something here!
Jessie: Ooh, open it up! (x2)
(Meowth opens the case and they find jewels inside)
Meowth: I ain't seen jewelry like dis since I watched late night cable TV!
Jessie: Their beauty would compliment my beauty just perfectly!
James: And my bottle cap collection would look great in that box!
(Suddenly, a long, pink tongue grabs the jewelry case. It's soon revealed to be Greeny who grabbed it)
Jessie: Hey! What's the big idea, buster?!
James: Say, what kind of Pokemon is that?
Meowth: I don't care what kind of Pokemon it is, it ain't got no right to steal stuff dat we're trying to steal!
Jessie: That's right! We stole it first, so open up that trap and give it back!
(Jessie and James try to get Greeny's mouth open when the crewman comes in)
Crewman: I brought you a little snack, compliments of the...
(The crewman notices Team Rocket, and they notice him, too)
Crewman: Is there a problem with the Kecleon?
Meowth: YEAH! Ya gotta help us! It's got a jewel box in it's mouth dat we were trying tah steal!
Crewman: TRYING TO STEAL?
(Meowth worries, knowing he blew his and his teammates' cover)
Crewman: I don't believe I've seen you on board before, what's your room number?
(Team Rocket quickly amscrays)
Crewman: I'll have to call the security officer!
(As the crewman speaks, Greeny hops off the bed and goes invisible)
Crewman: (looks for Greeny and Reddy but can't find them) Where'd those Kecleon go?
(Unbeknownst to the crewman, both Kecleon sneak out of the room. Meanwhile, Totodile materializes, along with Poliwhirl, as Ash and Misty allow them to meet Madison and her sister)
Madison: I've never seen such a happy Totodile.
Alexa: And that Poliwhirl's cuddle-icious!
Brock: If you like those Pokemon, wait till you see Onix!
Misty: Use your head, Brock! This is no place for an Onix!
Mio: Misty's right, you fool! You want this thing to be deflated?!
Brock: Maybe you're right.
(Soon, the crewman comes running)
Crewman: Miss Madison! Miss Alexa! I'm sorry to bother you but the Kecleon got loose and one of them has a jewelry box in its mouth and we can't find it.
Madison: Is it my Reddy?
Alexa: Or my Greeny?
Crewman: I believe it was Greeny, but I'm not positive. There were some suspicious characters in your room and I was momentarily distracted.
(Soon, another crewman and a passenger approach)
Crewman #2: Pardon me, ladies, but one of your Kecleon just slipped into this gentleman's state room, grabbed his first aid kit with its tongue and ran off somewhere.
Madison and Alexa: I wonder what's gotten into those two.
Madison: Was it Greeny or Reddy who took the first aid kit?
Crewman #2: We believe it was Reddy, but we're not certain.
Crewman: I hope they're still aboard, ladies, because we'll be finished refueling and stocking the ship with provisions and ready for take off in two hours.
Madison and Alexa: In two hours?
Ben: Two hours? Suspicious characters? Kecleon taking things from passengers for no reason? Sounds like a case worthy of my favorite detective.
Ace: Sherlock Holmes, eh? I like it.
Alexa: What do we do, Madison? Reddy and Greeny are absolute masters at playing hide and seek.
Madison: The last time they disappeared like this, it took the police nearly a week and a half to find them!
Ash: Don't worry, ladies. We'll help you find your Reddy and Greeny.
Ben: Ash's right. If anyone can find them, it's us.
Misty: We'll turn this place inside out if we have to.
Brock: Yeah, and our Pokemon will help look for em, too.
Madison: Oh, thank you all.
Alexa: We better get started.
Pikachu: Pika Pika. ("Let's get to it.")
All heroes: Who's that Pokémon: It's Vaporeon!
(Back to the show)
Ben: Alright, Banzai. We need to find two missing Kecleon. They're somewhere in this dirigible, and I think your super strong nose can find them. Just sniff around for something out of the ordinary.
Mio: Tracker, can you do that as well?
Tracker: *barks* ("You can count on me, Mio!")
(Banzai and Tracker quickly get to work. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has gotten some disguises)
Jessie: These uniforms should make it easier to find that Kecleon and get that jewelry box back.
Meowth: I know what's gonna happen. We're gonna knock ourselves out looking for dat Kecleon, and when we get it, we'll bring it to da boss. Da boss will say "Well, dat coitenly is a rare and valuable Pokemon, but haven't you brought me anyting else?" And that's when Kecleon will roll out its tongue, and sitting on de end of it will be a jewelry box jam packed with a dazzling array of glittering gems and we'll be the big heroes for a change!
James: That kind of change, I could get used to.
Jessie: Then what are we waiting for, team? Let's go!
(Meanwhile, our heroes are split up and searching for Reddy and Greeny. Ritsu, Sucy, Miki, Lilo and Stitch as seen searching the state rooms, with Tracker sniffing around)
Sucy: ???
Ritsu: You know, Sucy, we don't know much about your mother. Since you did say it was a long time ago when she abandoned you two when you were kids.
(Sucy grabs Ritsu's shirt and threatens to punch her)
Sucy: Mention that person again, and you're toast!
Miki: Whoa, whoa, easy there Sucy. What's the matter with you?
Sucy: Hmph! (lets Ritsu go) That person that abandoned me and Ace as children! I've hated her ever since she did that to us
Lilo: She sounds like Nani with a bad temper.
Stitch: Ih!
Mio: Sucy?
Sucy: Listen here, you little...
Mio: I'll take over from here. (approaches Ritsu) JERK!!
(Mio pounds her while yelling "Jerk", knocking Ritsu out cold and leaving a lump on her head)
Ritsu: (swirly eyed) Ugghh...Why is it always me?
Lilo: Ouch. That had to hurt.
Stitch: Ih.
(Sucy praised Mio for doing that)
Sucy: Thanks, Mio. It's just that... Ever since that... (growls and storms off)
Mio: Now you've done it, Ritsu!
Ritsu: What did I do?
Lilo: Touchy.
Miki: I'll go talk to her.
(Miki then goes to Sucy, who is seen sitting alone in a room)
Miki: Hey, Sucy.
Sucy: Leave me alone.
Miki: Would you like to talk about it?
Sucy: About what?! There's nothing to say. That (x2) bruja abandoned me and Ace when we were kids.
MikI: How did it happen?
Sucy: (sighs) Ace is too young to remember, but mother was so poor that she couldn't afford to raise us.
(Flashback starts)
Mother: Children, we need to talk.
Young Sucy: What is it, mama?
Sucy: (V.O.) She wanted to discuss something with me. Something important.
Young Sucy: What is it, mama?
Mother: Our house has been repossessed, our car has been repossessed — everything! There's nothing left. I must find a job so I can earn money and afford a new life for the three of us. I do hope you'll understand.
Young Sucy: But mama, what about Ace and me?
Mother: I'll have to figure something out.
Sucy: (V.O.) I was in so much shock that before I could comprehend what she said, she was gone. And we never saw her again.
(Flashback ends)
Sucy: That memory has haunted me ever since.
Miki: Sucy, I'm sorry. We had no idea you felt so strongly about this.
Sucy: Yeah.
Miki: But still, I don't see it as a reason to try and hurt Ritsu, even though she said the wrong thing at the wrong time.
Mio: Though I had to hurt her for Sucy's honor.
Sucy: Your point, Miki?
Miki: My point is, don't let the past haunt you. If you do, it'll affect what you're doing now. You're too angry at both your past and your mom that it might drive off your friends who are trying to cheer you up. There's an old saying I heard once: "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present."
Mio: Now where did I hear that one before?
Sucy: Well... Maybe.
(Meanwhile, Ben is scoping out the scene of the supposed crime)
Ben: Alright, Banzai. See if you can pick up any odd scents.
(Banzai quickly does so, but finds that the scents go in different directions)
Ben: Different directions, eh? Well, we'll have to search each way.
(While Ben and Banzai follow one of the scent trails, Ash, Misty and Brock search elsewhere)
Ash: I bet you Kecleon's hiding down here someplace.
Misty: We'll have to look carefully, because Kecleon can blend into their surroundings.
Ash: Yeah, that's true.
(Pikachu soon spots the red stripe of a Kecleon, but doesn't know it's one of them)
Pikachu: Pika. ("That's odd.")
(The group heads into one of the restaurants to search, when Pikachu spots the red stripe again)
Pikachu: Pika. Pika Pi! ("Aha. Ash!")
Ash: What's up, Pikachu? You find something?
Pikachu: Pika Pika. ("By that table.")
(The Kecleon soon slightly reveals itself)
Ash: Good work, Pikachu! You found it!
(It's soon revealed to be Greeny blending in with the table cloth, but once its revealed, it quickly runs away)
Ash: Hey, hold it!
Misty: Wait! Come back!
Brock: Greeny, stop!
(Our heroes pursue it out of the restaurant but can't find it again)
Ash: How could it get away so fast?
Misty: Those things are slippery.
Pikachu: Pika. ("I'll say.")
(Little do they know that Greeny was hiding on the ceiling. Meanwhile, Team Rocket is looking in the cargo hold)
Jessie: Where could that thing have disappeared to?
James: Come out, come out, wherever you are.
(Meowth soon opens a crate and finds Reddy)
Meowth: Hey! Guys! I found da Kecleon!
Jessie: Good work, Meowth!
James: Excellent.
Jessie: (grabs Reddy and shakes it) Alright, come on! Open up that mouth of yours! Let's go! Open wide! Quit stalling!
(Reddy finally opens wide)
James: Great! Now stick out that tongue and let's see that jewelry box!
(Reddy sticks out its tongue, but reveals it had a first aid kit)
Jessie: Hey, that isn't the jewelry box we're after. That looks like a first aid kit.
James: Maybe it swallowed the jewelry and needs first aid.
Meowth: Wait. Wasn't da one who swiped da jewel box green?
(As Meowth speaks, Greeny peeks in)
Jessie: (spots Greeny) Like that one?
(Greeny quickly amscrays)
Meowth: Dere! Dat's da one we want, guys! Da green one! Dat's da Kecleon dat's got all da jewelry!
(Reddy quickly leaps out of Jessie's arms and hands and makes a break for it)
Jessie: Hey! Get that Kecleon!
(But before they can pursue Reddy, the hear Ash's voice)
Ash: Hey, guys!
(Ash, Misty and Brock are soon seen regrouping)
Ash: Were you just yelling?
Misty: No, it wasn't us.
James: Oh no, it's the twerps! Let's hide somewhere!
(As Team Rocket does so, Ash and his group head into the storage room)
Ash: This way!
(Team Rocket quickly jumps into a crate as our heroes enter)
Ash; It must've been my imagination.
Misty: That's funny. I could've sworn I heard somebody calling "Kecleon".
Brock; Yeah, me, too.
Ash: Well, they could be anywhere.
Brock: If you're hiding, come out!
Misty: Why would they do that, Brock?
(Ash then sits on the crate Team Rocket is hiding in, squishing them)
Jessie: (squished) Now they've got us playing hide and seek.
James: (squished) Quiet.
Crewman: There's one of them!
(Our heroes hear the commotion)
Brock: Let's go!
Pikachu: Pi! ("Right!")
(They quickly head to the crewman yelling as Wobbuffet materializes and squishes Team Rocket further)
Jessie: (squished) Not here! Not now!
(The crate soon breaks apart)
Jessie: Get back in your ball. (recalls Wobbuffet as she speaks)
(Everyone soon heads outside)
Madison: Greeny! Greeny, come down!
Ash; Where's Greeny?
Madison: Up there!
(Everyone looks up and sees Greeny clinging to the blimp)
Alexa: Please, do something!
Ben: Only problem, Greeny's up higher than those ladders can go.
Misty: He's right. The ladder doesn't reach.
Brock: I'll go up there and get it!
Ash: Brock, wait!
Brock: This is for Madison and Alexa! I've got to do something to win their love, or at least their pity!
Mio: That dummy will do anything to get a woman's attention.
Tracker: *barks* ("Yep.")
Misty: Brock, be careful up there!
Ben: If you fall and break your neck, you got no one to blame but yourself!
(Brock makes it to the basket at the top of the ladder and reaches for Greeny)
Brock: Just another inch or so!
(Greeny suddenly moves)
Brock: Hey, quit playing around, will ya?!
(Brock then stumbles a bit)
Madison: Please, Brock! Don't give up!
Brock: Here goes!
(Brock leaps onto the side of the dirigible, but Greeny climbs higher)
Brock: Greeny, come back!
(Greeny proceeds all the way to the top. Meanwhile, Team Rocket climbs up the other side and spots it)
Jessie: There it is! Grab it before it runs!
(James does so, but Greeny runs anyway)
James: Hey! Hold it! Slow down!
(Jessie and Meowth join the chase until Greeny stops)
James: I think it's finally given up!
(But Greeny smiles cheekily as Team Rocket realizes they're on the side of the dirigible and start sliding off before landing with a crash, one that our heroes hear)
Misty: Did you just hear a crash?
(As everyone agrees, Greeny slides down the rope and Pikachu spots it)
Pikachu: Pika! ("Greeny!")
Ash: Guys, look!
(Greeny makes a break and our heroes pursue)
Ash: Get it!
Everyone: Greeny!
(Greeny leads our heroes into the air station, but they're on a different level than the Kecleon)
Alexa: Greeny!
Madison: Reddy!
Ash: They're still hiding from us.
Brock: Where are you hiding?!
Misty: They're not gonna tell us that.
Ben: Yeah, it's like they're playing hide and seek.
(Meanwhile, Team Rocket is looking in the storage room of the air station)
Jessie: It must be down here, somewhere.
(They soon spot Reddy)
Jessie: There's the Kecleon we've been looking for!
(Soon, Greeny comes in, confusing Team Rocket)
Meowth: Green, or red. I can't remember which one had the jewels.
(Reddy reveals the first aid kit and Greeny reveals the jewelry box and they both pass them back and forth, confusing Team Rocket even more)
Meowth: Now I can't tell which one has what.
Jessie: I know. I'm totally confused, too.
James: Watch me! Here, (gets out a bottle cap) I'll take a bottle cap and place it in the palm of my hand. (passes the cap between his hand at lightning speed) There. Do you think you can tell me which hand the bottle cap is in now?
(Jessie and Meowth look at him embarrassingly)
James: It's difficult to tell, isn't it?
(Jessie puts James in an armlock)
Jessie: How does that help us find the jewel box, James?!
James: I don't know, it's just a trick my grandpa showed me!
Meowth: We won't get to be heroes dis way.
(The Kecleon make their escape)
Meowth: Dey're getting away!
Team Rocket: Wait! Kecleon!
(Our heroes soon hear Team Rocket)
Ash: Hey! It sounds like somebody spotted them!
Ben: Finally!
(They soon spot them)
Brock: There they are!
(But our heroes and Team Rocket soon run right into each other)
Misty: Great. Look who we ran into.
Ben: The forgettable threesome known as Team Loser.
Jessie: Prepare for trouble, we're taking those Kecleon for our boss!
James: And our Pokémon gain is your loss!
Jessie: To protect the world from devastation.
James: To unite all peoples within our nation.
Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love.
James: To extend our reach to the stars above.
Jessie: Jessie.
James: James.
Jessie: We're Team Rocket, blasting off at the speed of light.
James: Surrender now, or prepare to fight, fight, fight, fight!
Meowth: Meowth! Dat's right!
Ash: We should've known it!
Misty: The suspicious characters we heard about must've been them!
Ben: I had them at the top of my list of suspects!
James: Well, no one's ever accused us of having any kind of character. Weezing, I choose you! Use your Smokescreen!
(Weezing materializes and does so)
Ash: Noctowl, I choose you!
(Noctowl materializes)
Ash: Quick, Noctowl! Blow that Smokescreen away!
(Noctowl does so, but Team Rocket is revealed to be gone)
Dora: Don't look now, but Team Rocket got away!
Ash: They're gone again!
Misty: Guys, if we don't find those Kecleon before Team Rocket does, they'll disappear for good!
Brock: Let's split up and search the building!
Stitch: El kiyotay! ("Good idea!")
(Soon, our heroes are searching around)
Brock: I have to find them. For those two cute sisters. If I do, they'll be so grateful.
Madison (fantasy): What would we have ever done without you?
Alexa (fantasy): You're our hero.
(Mio smacks Brock back to his senses just in time for them both to find Reddy and Greeny standing right in front of them)
Brock: How embarrassing!
Mio: You numbskull, it's Reddy and Greeny!
Brock: (realizes Mio is right) It's you!
(Reddy and Greeny make a break for it)
Brock: Come back here! Guys, we found them! They're heading for the front door!
Ash: Let's go get em!
Ben: This time, they won't escape!
(The two Kecleon run out the door, but this time the crew and the other guests surround the troublemakers)
Crewman: Don't bother trying to run away. We got you surrounded this time!
(Our heroes soon arrive)
Misty: Alright!
Ash: They fell right into the trap!
Ben: Hook, line and sinker!
Madison: We won't scold you.
Alexa: We're not angry. Just open your mouths and give us those boxes.
Jessie: Hold it right there!
(Everyone turns to see Team Rocket at the door)
Jessie: We want those Kecleon, so hand them over peacefully and maybe there won't be any trouble.
Crewman: Those are the three I found in your state room trying to steal your jewelry box!
Madison: Greeny and Reddy must've been trying to protect the jewelry box from those thieves all this time!
Alexa: That's why they've been running and hiding!
Jessie: Save the story for the society page, sister! The bottom line is those two Kecleon belong to us now, and the jewelry in that box belongs to me!
Ben: Not on your life, big hair!
Ash: You're not taking anything without a fight!
Misty: Yeah, you'll wind up with exactly what you deserve!
Liam: Either a one way trip to jail, or getting blown away by another Poke-explosion!
Jessie: We deserve everything we're gonna get, and so do you so-called heroes! Go, Arbok!
(Arbok materializes)
Ash: Bayleef, I choose you!
(Bayleef materializes)
Ash: Bayleef, grab it with your Vine Whip!
(Bayleef's vine extends, but Arbok dodges)
Jessie: Arbok, Headbutt!
(Arbok charges in and nails Bayleef as Poliwhirl materializes)
Misty: Poliwhirl, Headbutt!
(Poliwhirl kncks Arbok away with its own Headbutt)
Alexa: I think it's time we joined this battle.
Madison: Right!
Madison and Alexa: Go get those losers, Greeny/Reddy!
James: Alright, Victreebel, come out and do your thing!
(Victreebel materializes, but tries to eat James instead)
James: Do it on them, not me! Use Razor Leaf! Razor Leaf!
(As James flails around, Victreebel launches the attack)
Madison and Alexa: Knock em back, Greeny/Reddy!
(Both Greeny and Reddy repel the attack with their tails)
Jessie: Arbok, use your Wrap attack!
(Arbok charges in with open coils)
Madison: Stop it with your Lick attack, Reddy!
(Reddy does so, paralyzing Arbok and letting the jewelry box go in the process, which lands in front of Meowth)
Meowth: Hey, dat's da jewelry box.
(Meowth pounces for it, but Misty spots him)
Misty: Poliwhirl, use your Double Slap!
(Poliwhirl slaps Meowth around easily)
James: Victreebel, go!
(Victreebel charges in)
Alexa: Greeny, use your Lick attack!
(Greeny does so, paralyzing Victreebel and letting the first aid kit go in the process, which Brock catches)
Brock: Yes!
Madison: Reddy...
Alexa: Greeny...
Madison and Alexa: Psybeam attack!
(Both attacks fire, sending Team Rocket into the building wall)
Ash: Alright, Bayleef, send em off on the Vine Whip express!
(Bayleef extends a vine, grabs Team Rocket, and throws them as far as possible)
Team Rocket: Team Rocket's blasting off again!
(A bit later, Madison returns the first aid kit to its rightful owner)
Madison: I'm very sorry our Pokemon caused you so much trouble.
Passenger: Think nothing of it, my dear. They guarded this kit like a treasure, and all it contains is a pair of heavy duty toe nail clippers.
Alexa: You're very kind.
Madison: (to Reddy) We're lucky the gentleman's so forgiving.
Alexa: (to Greeny) What do you say?
Reddy and Greeny: ("Sorry.")
Azusa: Exactly.
(Soon, the dirigible takes off and both sisters and their Kecleon wave our heroes goodbye)
Brock: (teary eyed) We weren't meant to be!
Mio: (whispers) Just like you and many other girls. A certain professor, for example, Professor Ivy at that.
(Brock shudders in and lies down)
Brock: Don't bring it up.
Misty: Bon voyage!
Pikachu: Pika Pika! ("Have a safe flight!")
Ash: It's kinda good to know that there are still so many Pokemon we haven't seen yet, isn't it?
Ben: For you and Liam, absolutely.
Brock: (teary-eyed) Yeah.
(Soon, our heroes are on the road once more)
Misty: It must be nice traveling around the world in luxury like that.
Mio: Mugi does quite a bit.
Mugi: (chuckles) I admit it.
Misty: It's a lot different from the way we do it.
Brock: Flying's okay, I guess, but I like to travel by foot, cause that way, you get to see people and Pokemon and places up close.
Ash: I think you're right, Brock. And besides, you can't get airsick when your feet are on the ground.
Misty: That's true.
(Togepi happily agrees)
Narrator: And so, our heroes' journey continues, with their feet on the ground, but their spirits flying high.
