The Penguin

The Penguin is another villain and enemy of Batman. He became Pooh's enemy in Winnie the Pooh Goes to Atlantis: The Lost Empire as one of the hired help next to Two-Face, Harley Quinn, and The Joker to work for Commander Rourke.

Background[]

As a child, Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot was bullied for his short stature and beak-like nose. Due to his father's death from pnuemonia, Oswald's over-protective mother gave him an umberella after drenching. Oswald's also keeps pet birds, which he views as his only true friends since then.

As he grew older, with his mother dying, and further treated as an outcast, Oswald Cobblepot then turns to a life of crime, and pursures his criminal career with class; and at the very top of Gotham City's underworld and making a name of himself as The Penguin. He generally dresses in formal wear such as a top hat, monocule, and tuxedo. He also owns a trick umberella as his ket weapon, which from out the point comes knives, darts, gases, and it even bullets as a .45 caliber gun.

In latter wears, he runs his own club, "The Iceberg Lounge" where he can run a business there while still operating in criminal activity undercover.

The Penguin will get his revenge on Pooh and his friends in Pooh's Adventures of Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman.
The Penguin will become Tino Tonitini, Ash Ketchum, Littlefoot, Scooby-Doo, and their friends' enemy in Tino's Adventures of Batman The Animated Series and Tino Tonitini and The New Batman Adventures. During The New Batman Adventure series the heroes would express their distrust to the supposed reformed Penguin when they visit his lounge.
The Penguin of the Burtonverse is the only known version of the character who has died.
