The Star Darlings are the main characters of the Disney and Ahmet Zappa project of the same name, which is suggested to be a Disney version of Jem and The Holograms.

Describing Libby's personality, she is is generous, articulate, gracious, diplomatic, sweet, kind, dynamic and bubbly. One the other hand of her personality, she can be indecisive, irresponsible, impulsive and may try too hard to please everyone.

When she is the daughter of her wealthy parents, Libby has wanted for nothing during her childhood, but it has nevertheless hand over the heart. Scarlet is named after Scorpio, the eighth of the twelve astrological signs of the zodiac which means the scorpion. She is voiced by Sarah Nicole Robles.
